Lost my package in the warehouse

Waited for updates, only to find out they lost the package in the warehouse. What a joke. The item has been reordered through the retailer but all I can do is hope that this time round, it will be delivered.

Seamless click and collect

I ordered through the app which was easy to navigate and received my shoes ahead of schedule. Staff were friendly and approachable. The collection was smooth.
