Exceptional customer service. Five. Star. The order arrived in good time, but when we got round to setting the radio up, we hit an issue. We called these guys on a Saturday and within 24 hours, on a Sunday, new radio received. Fully trusted us to then return the original product, no fuss. All big retailers: watch and learn. So don't shop with them (even if it looks a few quid cheaper), use these guys!
