Excellent customer service.

This was my first time speaking with an agent like this at Scottish Power. The conversation was very positive. She was extremely kind and polite, and explained everything in detail, including options I hadn’t known about for many years. Excellent customer service.

The communication was ineffective. Do not use this company

I called this company twice this week. Although they explain things correctly and politely, when you try to explain your situation and ask them to look into it more carefully, they simply want to end the call as quickly as possible. I think it is rude. If you buy insurance from this company and cancel your flight, they won’t refund your money so easily. Other companies, however, are more accommodating and will consider your situation.

Avoid paying for extra services — it’s just a waste of money.

I was very disappointed. I paid for a service to cancel my ticket. Later, I called to ask if it was possible to change tickets multiple times, and the answer was ,,YES" The website is very inconvenient, and it’s unclear how to properly exchange a ticket. In the end, I ended up with a non-refundable ticket. When I decided to cancel the ticket, it turned out to be non-refundable due to incorrect information provided to me, as I believed that the ticket could be canceled after the exchange. After a week of discussions, because everything with them is very slow I received a ridiculous amount. I do not recommend the exchangeable service, a one-time refundable option is fine. And do not purchase additional insurance from the website — it is useless. Some other companies have better policies. Don't waist your money. If you are absolutely sure about your flight, this company is fine and problem-free.
