AVOID AT ALL COST!
This has been an absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. I submitted a refund request for a cancelled policy on January 4, 2026, and months later I am still waiting for my money. There has been no clear resolution, no accountability, and no genuine effort to fix the issue.
What makes this worse is that I keep being told to “check my bank statement” because their finance department claims the refund was processed. This is simply not true. No refund has been received. Repeating the same response instead of providing proof of payment or properly investigating the issue is incredibly frustrating and feels dismissive.
At the same time, I am being asked to purchase a new policy while my original refund remains unpaid. Expecting customers to pay again while still holding their money shows a complete disregard for fairness.
I also requested a simple amendment to my current policy to adjust my coverage dates to March 8–22, 2026. Instead of handling this straightforward request professionally, I was effectively redirected toward buying another policy.
The lack of transparency, urgency, and responsibility is alarming. Based on this experience, I strongly caution others to think carefully before choosing this company.
