They were incredibly kind and patient when I had a ton of questions. They helped me with everything, and looking back at the messages, I really appreciate how clear and helpful they were—especially when I asked if the animations were open source.
They explained what type of files they were (YTD files) and gave short, simple, yet informative answers about what I could and couldn’t do with them. Amazing support all around!
