I got scammed. He banned me from Discord, etc. I requested a refund from Patreon, but they said no and told me to contact the creator. The sad thing is that Patreon actually supports criminals like that.

Purchased after veiwing amazing youtube video.
Server i got was full of stolen scripts, openly labelled as such, bugs, crashes, database errors, anticheat errors. I am in the middle of a chargeback with my bank. If you are in a similar situation make sure you take pictures of everything, support ticket content as this man will refuse chargeback and bank will ask for evidence. This man must be stopped.

Bought the Special Edition V3, I paid 250$ thinking it's something special.
Turns out the whole base is made of stolen NoPixel assets ( Cars, Sewer City, Legion Square...) all unlocked, when FiveM changed their encrypting procedure the whole server file became unusable ( it had bugs before but now it immediately crashes)
After asking too many questions on when and how they gonna fix it and when will we get new update ( last file update was 120 days at the time of writing), the discord management just banned me from the server
So now I don't even have access to the files anymore, since the website to download them needs you to be connected to discord and having the roles at all time to access them
So just being kicked or leaving makes everything go away

Title: Scam Operation — Non-Delivery, Lies, Ignoring Customers, and Selling Stolen Assets

This entire operation is a scam from top to bottom. I paid $262 CAD through Patreon to gift someone their “Special Edition V3.0” membership, and the creator refused to deliver anything after taking the money. Patreon showed the subscription as fully active, the gift was processed instantly, and the recipient completed every required verification step.

What did NCHub do?
Lie. Ignore. Delay. Pretend the payment was “pending.”
Even after screenshots proved everything was completed, they went silent and ignored both of us for days.

This isn’t a mistake — this is intentional behavior.

After digging deeper, I found out this is a pattern with these people. Other reviewers describe the exact same thing:

taking money

refusing support

claiming “pending” or “broken forms”

blocking or ignoring customers

and selling broken or incomplete products

Even worse, there are multiple public reports that they steal other developers’ assets, repackage them, and sell them as their own. This lines up with everything I’ve seen — zero professionalism, zero honesty, and zero accountability.

The moment you pay them, you’re on your own. They vanish, blame “pending payments,” or pretend they don’t see your messages. No business should operate like this, and no one should trust them with a single dollar.

If you’re thinking of buying anything from NCHub:
Don’t. Save your money. This is a scam disguised as a digital product shop.

Realität = Betrug:
❌ KEIN Discord-Zugang – trotz verknüpftem Konto keine Rolle (BOT kaputt)
❌ Scripts = 1:1 Diebstahl – nicht lauffähig, einfach aus anderen Projekten kopiert
❌ Support = 0 – Tickets im offiziellen Discord ignoriert oder geleugnet („no tickets exist“ – LÜGE!)
❌ Creator ghostet nach Zahlung – keine Antwort, kein Fix
❌ Patreon lehnt Refund ab – verweist auf Creator, ignoriert EU-Widerrufsrecht

Fazit:
KLARER BETRUG.
Wer hier kauft, verliert sein Geld garantiert.
Verbraucherzentrale & EU-ODR eingeschaltet – Mahnbescheid folgt.

We need more people to speak up on this guy. Hes a fraud and steals peoples money. Only messaged me the day i bought the base he sells, after that he went ghost. Do not buy from this guy stay as far as you can from this guy, he will steal your money and not care about it. Im reporting his patreon account and discord server as i write this review. Makes his base look good on video but when you get the files everything is broken. whe you ask for suppoort, noone attends to you at all, and dare you speak up and call them out on their BS you get banned from their discord and your role as a paying customer taken away. And since everything including his site is connected to dicsord you lose access to the panel for the "future updates for free".

Very unprofessional service, constant back and forth providing extremely poor service. Had purchased the files on a sale, got file so ancient that they are broken. Attempted to explain to support I need updated files, but after awhile I just got fed up with it and called them out on their BS. This resulted in me having my customer roll removed and loosing access to the file panel thing. Also most files they provided are stolen from other creaters and repacked into a single server file. Basically a scam artist that review fixes and steals other devs files. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Seen NCHUB, talked to them (very fast response before purchase) After purchasing the 160 dollar server files, Support went ghost, could not get help, there was a ton of errors, files were not working properly, after I tried getting help multiple times... I noticed there server was gone and after I tried rejoining there discord server I found out they banned me.

I bought these files expecting to get everything that was advertised, but unfortunately, that was not the case at all. About half of the scripts they listed are missing, and the rest were poorly organized. When I politely asked for support on their Discord server, they kicked and blocked me without any explanation, even though I was respectful and calm the entire time. This was a very unprofessional experience, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Seems like it would be good... If the owner actually cared about the customers and showed a two sense. like I just spent 160$ for NCHUB server. he doesn't respond in a timely manner. also he can decline or approve certain reviews. I submitted a review like this and it will be pending to be accepted. beware.
