I never receive the in stock notifications.
I did recently purchase the acai body scrub only to find out the formulation has changed. Not as refining as before and very watery. When you attempt to squeeze an application out of the tube, you lose a large amount of the product.
Very disappointed.
Disappointed
I’m very disappointed with this brand, especially because they usually have very good products and I’ve been buying from them for a long time. That’s why this recent experience was so surprising and frustrating.
I returned a foundation and clearly stated that I only opened it to check the shade. I did not actually use the product and definitely did not consume any noticeable amount. Despite this, I was refunded only 50% of the price.
I understand that return policies can differ, but losing half of the money just for opening a product to see the color feels unprofessional and unfair. It’s not a customer-friendly approach and leaves a very bad impression.
I cannot understand why they cannot include a sample with it. It would avoid situations like this entirely and make the customer experience much better.

It’s been nearly a month since I ordered the product, and it still hasn’t arrived (I’m not in the continental U.S.). When I contacted them, I didn’t hear back for over four days. Just when I thought it had finally arrived, I was told the package had been lost and was offered a refund or a reshipment. I asked for a reshipment, but even after six days, I still hadn’t heard back. Finally, they agreed to reship it. But this time, they completely got the shipping address wrong, so I had to contact them again. In the end, I got a refund. Their phone support and attitude were terrible, and their work is far too sloppy. The people working there are far from professional... Moreover, I was honestly shocked to read reviews stating that they claim to be 100% chemical-free but actually use synthetic dyes. I absolutely do not recommend buying products from this company!!
Love this product! Hate the new packaging!
My skin has never looked better! I love these products but the new plastic packaging cheapens the brand and goes against their mission. It's not pure if I now have micro plastics in my face cream. This product costs too much to come in a plastic tube! What happened to the glass jars?!?!? I'm so beyond upset it honestly makes me not want to buy this product. I don't trust that this product is 100 percent pure. Seriously plastic...I thought y'all were better than that!!!!

They recently added argan oil and almond oil to products without disclosing it on their website of the change. I had an allergic reaction and they didn't care. Took them weeks to finally update their website. Recently, they've changed nearly all their products with horrible ingredients. It was such a good brand until they changed it.
So sad at all the changes
I've shopped with 100% pure for over 5 years. I have spent thousands of pounds. I normally shopped in Black Friday $10 sales, but sadly these are replaced with more expensive sale prices.
Recently, I've realised titanium dioxide and chemical pigments are being added to many of their products, despite continuing to be sold as fruit pigmented. I have had to stop buying these products. I'm annoyed that I've checked my "stock box" of items which I bulk buy, and the older packets do not include these ingredients, but the new ones do, so I'll have to get rid of these. The change has not been explicit.
The lotions and creams are now not at all moisturising, are greasy and runny, they look like runny brown toothpaste and all smell of coffee.
The makeup is full of titanium dioxide and chemical pigments.
The body and hair washes and shampoos are now liquidy and smell off.
I was recently offered 50% off as a code to give honest feedback about why I no longer purchase products in a survey. Low and behold the code I was sent never worked and their answer was to tell me that I needed to phone America from the UK to order from a shop via telephone.
So unhappy and wish they would just revert to the amazing company that they were. Please listen to your customers while you still have a business and loyal following.

This is a review from a 10-YEAR LOYAL CUSTOMER.
100% Pure changed their formulas, their shades (while not notifying customers, of course), and then refused to take responsibility and refund when customers buy their original shades and find them to be a totally different colour. Whether bought from a distributor or directly, this is unacceptable. Why is it the distributor's job to refund when they did nothing wrong, it is all 100% Pure (the manufacturer)'s fault?
I was told by their customer service I now need to order THREE SHADES LIGHTER than my original shade due to this change. But, they aren't willing to refund me for purchasing my original colour since it's from a distributor!
Their customer service has turned into repeated pasted scripted answers, their products have gone downhill in quality, ingredients and size.
(They now use cheap hydrogenated non-organic vegetable oils, more processed ingredients, iron oxide & titanium dioxide dyes, etc.)
I'm genuinely so disappointed with this entire situation. Bring back the old formulas, bring back the old shades, and at bare minimum, if you won't do that, FIX THE PROBLEM your customers have run into when you've changed your shade colours but kept the names/numbers the same.
Why is the company turning to garbage??

They have changed the formula by adding many different ingredients including titanium dioxide and all the CI iron oxides. The worst thing is they still claim it’s fruit pigmented makeup. Also deleted all my reviews and others that brought up this fact. When I emailed, they said the factory manufactures other products so the products might get contaminated so they added these and later when I asked from my husbands email, they said it’s hard to archive the colour consistency with fruit dyes so they add iron oxides now. Someone should sue this disgusting company. I’m really sad I spent all my money there for years.
A first rate skincare company with actual values
Have been using the products from this company for over 20 here now . I am baffled by some of the reviews - 1 star ? Are you serious ?
Certainly over the past few years I’ve noticed supply chain issues but the company has very high standards - what do you want them to do if they can’t source specific ingredients from a reputable , quality source - put in an order at Walmart , get some petro chemical works to knock up some horrible , cheap fillers ?
Unlike many skincare/beauty companies the products are formulated with care and won’t add to your toxic load . Compare any of their products to other major brands and then you will see the difference . There’s a reason I’ve been using their products for a 25 years or so - they are bloody good and I have to say my skin is very good - I occasionally buy ridiculously expensive skincare to see what’s out there ( Augustinus Bader, Lyma etc ) and I always come back to 100 percent pure - for me there is nothing comparable at this price point or that I enjoy using as much . Also I admire the founders philanthropic mission . In regards to customer service - the very few issues that have arisen have been dealt with promptly. I honestly have never had a significant problem with them . Yes , items taking ages to be restocked are super annoying - but to make them out to be shoddy because you can’t get your favourite lipstick or blush is ridiculous - I’m waiting for the make up too but I’d rather wait until they make something as good as before than an inferior replacement . I like their commitment to quality skincare - they even bought an organic tea farm in Kyoto that’s how serious they are about their products . I have quite a few items on subscription which is great as I get to buy my favourites at a discounted rate . If you really care about what you put on your skin this is one of the very best . If fast consumption is what matters to you maybe look elsewhere.
BRING BACK THE GEMMED LIP GLOSS
I've ordered several times from 100% Pure; I never had any issues with my orders or with the products. The reason I give them 3 stars is because I'm really disappointed in how neglected their makeup line is (lipsticks that have been out of stock for YEARS...at this point, I think it's safe to say that it's been at least 4 years since most of them were available). They had by far the best lip gloss I've ever had in my life but they simply got rid of it without providing a decent alternative. BRING BACK THE GEMMED LIP GLOSS!!! This brand keeps adding skincare products that seem duplicative and unnecessary; their Vit. C serum is amazing, but they hiked up the price by quite a lot during the pandemic and have not brought it down since. Between the continuously out-of-stock products, getting rid of their best products, and then their pricing, it's one disappointment after another...
Makeup no longer fruit pigmented!
Formula of their makeup products changed and are no longer fruit pigmented even though they are still making that claim on social media. They didn’t disclose the formula change on their website until after shipping the product to customers. I’m allergic to 2 of the ingredients in the new formula and would have ended up in the ER if I hadn’t noticed the change before putting it on!
Completely untrustworthy source of information
The articles they wrote are riddled with inaccuracies, outright falsehoods, and often don’t even use words correctly: e.g. “diluted” meaning “deluded,” “sassy” meaning “savvy”
Buyer beware
Buyer beware, they hide or suppress negative reviews on their products. That's a dishonest and deceitful business practice. Consumers should be aware of good and bad experiences to make an informed buying decisions. This company has taken away that power from consumers. I left a 2 star review about a formula change in their PM serum and the world as yet to see it. What a shady company.
POORLY RUN COMPANY
I paid for expedited shipping and it has been 7 days since I ordered. I called the company, no one answers and you have to leave a message and no one call back. Very poor form. So unprofessional.
Disappointed in the lack of transparency regarding formula changes
As a long time customer of 100% pure it saddens me to write this negative review. I believe the company is being dishonest and deceitful with their customers. The formula was changed for two of their products, the Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream and the Rose Micellar Cleansing Water. I confirmed this by comparing my previous tube/bottle to the newly opened ones. The new formulas are not just a minor change either, they are completely different products. The company is still advertising awards they received in 2020 and 2021 for the Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream on the product page, even though it is an extremely different formula. The company didn't notify their customers of this change, so I stocked up during a sale earlier this year and did not find out the formulas were different until it was past the return window. I can't use the Rose Micellar Cleansing Water as it irritates my face now and the eye cream doesn't absorb, but dries and makes a film on your skin that comes off when rubbed. I will no longer be buying any of their products.
Never restock!
I was always satisfied with most the products I purchased.

A while ago I left a negative review…
A while ago I left a negative review saying that I ordered the product and never arrived. However I can't retrieve that review anymore and I would like to leave a positive one instead saying that after contacting customer service (by email) they answered quite quickly and they immediately performed a refund. I believe here the problem was on the post services and not the company itself that they still took full responsibility of this. I appreciate their effectiveness.
