I had a wonderful experience ordering the red rose bouquet. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful—fresh, elegant, and clearly made with great attention to detail. The packaging was stunning and added a very special touch.

What made this even more meaningful is that I placed the order from outside the United States for someone very dear to me in Jordan, and everything went perfectly. The delivery was fast, on time, and handled with great professionalism.

BEWARE:

Unfortunately, I can never in good conscience order from 100wardeh again. For Mother's Day, 2 identical bouquets were ordered for my mother and grandmother, to be delivered between 10AM - 2PM. At 2PM, I tried calling them several times as we had not yet received the delivery, only to be met no answer from their customer service team. Eventually, I received an email that they were encountering a delay - after the confirmed delivery window. They attempted to deliver later that evening, which is truly unacceptable. Although we were out of the house, and Mother's Day was nearly done, I emailed them back asking if they could still deliver the next day, and again, did not received an answer until I followed up at noon the next day. They delivered the wrong flower order, in the wrong vase, on the wrong day.

Lastly, they, in their email, recognized their shortcomings and offered to compensate the order, to which they STILL have not done.

As I'm in the same household, I was able to see the incorrect orders - had I sent it to another person, I wouldn't have even known they switched the order on me.

Awful service and poor ethics.

Amazing experience! I purchased a gift from them and everything was perfect. The arrangement was beautiful, and the service was fast and professional. They are highly reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

I added chocolate box with the order, and thought it will be Patchi, as similar pictures on the site, showing a small patchi box, with same price, that I paid.
At the end, my fiancee received different brand that is perceived as less quality.

It was very easy and no problems delivering

The 100 red-roses were meant to be a birthday gift for my mom, and the whole experience was disappointing. There was no communication at all, and when the bouquet arrived, the roses were a mix of fresh and old ones. They also provided a first-time signup discount code, but it didn’t work and kept showing as invalid. I emailed their sales team and received no response—not even an auto-reply.

The balloons that came with the bouquet were also very cheap quality. For the price I paid, I expected much better. They operate from Abu Dhabi, and I’m not sure who their local suppliers are, but the quality was unacceptable. This was my first time ordering from them, and definitely the last. I would avoid them at all costs.
