Delivered same day
Delivered same day, quality good. But the picture chosen online and the number of roses is in the picture is not matching the actual one delivered. I think I paid triple the price of the actual one sent! Which is frustrating, as you trust and send something then it turns out small although you have paid a lot!

Delivery tracking / announcement
Nothing went wrong , but i was not notified that the flowers were delivered or not , and the tracking option is not available , there was no emails , whatsapp or anything to indicate the delivery.
i had to check with my friend dif she has received them! which ruined the whole concept of surprise :-(
