Very disappointed when i paid for the course and then 2 hours later found the course was not going to work for me, I asked for a full or partial refund but got a rude reply that there are no refunds.
Excellent communication with the staff, the learner guide is simple and straight forward. I would definitely recommend 101 aeducation.

The Training was great, I feel like I have learned what I need about being an Owner Builder
Everything went OK until I reached the video thing, I answered a question and pressed upload then realised I hadn't answered it correctly and I could get back to it.
The course to gain my owner builders permit was well organised and easy to follow, with great support. So yes, I recommend 101Ed for this course.
Help available - especially by phone was important for those of us who are basically computer illiterate.
Able to be done at own pace, when and where I wanted (accessability).
Easy to navigate site, support provided was excellent.
Easy to use, quick response to any queries, would recommend to anyone.

Everything went smooth, I have received my certificate 48 hours after registration. Support was good and quick.
I had a wonderful experience with 101Ed from starting with my first course until graduating. Platform was easy to use, I was able to do the exams on my mobile device and 101Ed Trainer was always replying to my e-mails within 24 hours.
Overall a very good experience.
I was able to complete the course in my time frame, trainers and support staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was able to achieve my owner builder certificate from home on a weekend.
Flexiblity to do the course when and where I wanted to. I could do a bit here and a bit there, whenever I could fit it into my busy day.
I have undertaken Childcare course with 101Ed and the support was great, I appreciated the friendly staff which were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
Did my courses fast and easy, no problems at all. Customer support was very friendly and replied quick on my questions
