Have been with 10 minute accounts for many years. Accounts are so easy with them and there is always someone on hand if I have any questions.
They will also thankfully be MTD ready so no need to change to more complicated accounting systems.

This makes calculating ebay profits so easy. I have yet to connect paypal but I expect that will be as good as the rest of the package.
This has saved me hours

I love 10 Minute Accounts! It's exactly what I was looking for... a cash-basis app that's simple to use and affordable. I don't need sophisticated software with a steep learning curve to track online sales.

I’ve been using this provider for years and it offers the mojority of functions I need, to reconcile my business finances. I would recommend them highly for tax purposes.

So easy to use and takes all the hard work out of it

As an Accountant I first heard of 10 Minute Accounts
when an old Client told me he had been moving his office and he had lost all his bank statements and receipts but he had done a Trial Balance! I was horrified when I saw that he had made a LOSS and rated it 2/10 but when I got back to my office and read it again I noticed it said £25,750 Drawings in it and when that was deleted it there was a £19,000 Profit! So I did a trial on my own accounts and rated it 9/10 ... so well done!

Was very easy to do compared to some companies

Very happy with this easy to use accounts system. Been using it for more than 3 years for my eBay shop.
They give personal service and help when required.
I’ve found it to be very reliable.

Amazing can't express how happy I am to have found this

The integration that I needed for eBay works properly, however, I needed to integrate a popular bank in the USA and there is no provision to do that. Not a manual entry, but to integrate.

I've struggled with QB for at least a decade but the final straw saw my accounts all but destroyed 24 hours before my VAT Return was due. I looked through the HMRC list of Making Tax Digital packages and really liked the sound of 10 Minute Accounts. Clearly written for someone like me, I was up and running within minutes and recreated a substantial part of what I'd lost easily. Never mind a month’s trial, I signed up within 24 hours, cancelled my subscription to QB, and am delighted with how easy the software is to navigate and upload transactions and link to PayPal. Initial questions were answered swiftly and fully. Great software with excellent support.

I am still waiting on a response I would like to have it show my totals and itemized for categories send last message 6/5

10 Minutes Accounts is amazing! PayPal is so complicated and confusing trying to figure out what to include/exclude, especially when factoring in numerous currencies. But 10 Minute Accounts simplifies it to show you only what you need to understand your revenue/deposits and expenses/withdrawals. The free trial was a nice touch and the price is so low; what a tremendous value!

Excellent programme shame it doesn't have Mileage or stripe integration though.

I will stick with it and hope they add that soon.

Excellent accounting software, just waiting for Amazon and other ecom business to be available soon. Thank you very much indeed

Excellent software, easy to use, and their support is nice and responsive, this has saved me literally hundreds of hours in accounting time.

You can have more than one business on a single account great for sole traders.

CONS
Would just be nice if they added mileage tracking which most businesses use. They said this was a UK feature and they are international but it could easily be added as an optional module for the users to turn on and off. This would save manual calculation on mileage claims.

No support for Monzo, Starling or the other online banks which is a bit of a pain as bank accounts can not be synced this will need to be addressed as online banks are growing quickly in popularity.

No support for GO Cardless also growing in popularity with businesses.

No facility to duplicate transactions for manually adding similar transactions quickly.

All in all a good programme but needs some improvement to be as good as some of its competitors.
