10 Minute Accounts Opiniões 

Ive been using 10 minute accounts for around 6 months now. Really simple to use and the customer service is really helpful. They actually listened to possible changes on how to improve and actually implemented them. Can you ask more than that? I'm a bit of a novice with accountancy but this is so simple to use. Great value.

After trying out a couple of complex accounting software programmes with great struggle. I jumped over to 10 Minute Accounts and i must say it is impressive. For £5/6 a month nearly all of my accounting is done for me, it is fully integrated with PayPal so therefore logs all of my expenses & income for me. It provides me with all of the required information to rapidly fill in a tax return.

The software is incredibly easy to use unlike all the other accounting software i have came across. The layout along with the graphs can be understood by a 10 year old!

Furthermore, the customer service is second to none, very fast responses and they actually listen to their customers.

I highly recommend so far!

For many free spirited sole-proprietors, like me, accounts are a nuisance. They take up valuable time that would be better devoted to engaging in the creative process. So after many frustrating years of dealing with expensive accountants and promising software that never delivered, but made life even more difficult, I was understandably sceptical when I first read ‘Ten Minute Account’s’ promise to, ‘take the agony out of accounting and provide synchronisation with PayPal’. My gut reaction…’yeah right!’

Desperation overcame my scepticism so I decided to give it ‘ten minutes’ to prove itself. Five minutes in and I began dancing the jig! 10MinuteAccounts didn’t disappoint, it actually, ‘did what it said on the tin!’, (Sorry...I so hate that phrase...but it's spot on in this instance!) There were, inevitably, functions that needed added and tweaked. So I provided feedback in the form of three wishes and every one of them was responded to instantly and changes made by the technical guys within days. In my experience that type of interaction between user and developer hasn’t happened since Bill Gates moved out of his parent’s garage!

Getting to know you:
After a quick login you’re presented with a highly intuitive interface that is a breeze to learn and use. The initial Welcome / Let’s Get Started screen provides six simple steps to get your accounts quickly setup. However, in the unlikely event that you are ever stumped, then the 10MinAcc Dashboard provides access to the User Guide and FAQs which are clearly written, providing fine-tuned instructions on how to effectively use the app and quickly resolve any issues.

And if that isn’t enough, then simply click the onscreen email Button and expect a clear, personable and prompt reply. The Team has been so quick in responding to my requests that I consider them the 10 Minute Response team!

I haven’t even gotten to the main stuff yet! But there's not enough space here to deal with 'everything' in any depth except to say they're a breeze to use:

• Adding your Bank Accounts
• synchronising with PayPal
• creating your own Income & Expenditure Categories
• and rearranging those Categories

Peace of Mind:
Regardless of how good a program is peace of mind only comes with a serious Backup System. And here again 10MinAccs delivers. Unlike other programs’ backup features, that are fussy to setup and use, 10MinAccs is SIMPLES! One click in Your Backups creates a complete encrypted backup of your account that can be Exported as an Excel file to your system or Restored instantly, ensuring you complete peace of mind.

Summing up:
So If you’re like me and want peace of mind and a finger on the pulse of your business with live graphs of your Income and Expenditure, then you are going to love 10 Minute Accounts. But watch out because your accounts could very easily become compulsive viewing!

Started using 10 Minute Accounts last year and since then the developers have improved it so much that I don't see myself and my team using any other software any time soon. It becomes more and more complex yet still easy to use and they really listen to their users. To be honest I feel proud to have contributed to some of the features currently available.
