I eagerly joined the 10xBNB Program in July after speaking with Yassine. At the time, I was told there was a 'no questions asked' 12-month, money-back guarantee, which was important to me because I work a 50 hour week and time is tight. I wanted to understand that if the business turned out not to be feasible, I would be able to get my $9k investment back. After watching the first 4-5 modules, it became clear that I would not have the time to build the business in the right way. I immediately reached out to support for a refund and then the run around started. It took weeks for anyone to answer me, then I was passed around to different people, who would not answer for many days/ weeks. After dozens of texts and 2+ months of frustration, I was told they would cancel the remaining 3 payments but that I "didn't qualify for a refund" of the $4500 they already took. I sent 3 additional texts to Coleen asking for explanation and no one has responded. If you are in a position where you MAY need to ask for a refund, you may want to re-think this program.

Bonnie is simply the best!!! Her charisma and willingness to help students is astonishing! She is super sweet, friendly, and extremely helpful! She is an inspiration to other students. Yes, it was a lot of information. However, when you learn something new, at times it can be daunting. But Beth was great and assured me that I will have assistance along the way.
