Had my first fast track call with Beth yesterday and I am pumped more than ever to get this business off the ground. With her experience and support, I know I will succeed. Thanks 10xBNB!!!

Beth Admire was excellent on the onboarding call review. She clearly explained what I was going to expect from the program and how she would keep me on task, which is precisely why I joined. I also got an introduction from Ira, one of the co-founders.

I had a very productive first call, where I received a clear game plan on how to expedite the growth of my new co-listing business. I found it particularly beneficial as it highlighted the key areas I should prioritize, which has left me feeling enthusiastic about the next 30 days.

I just got off the phone with Coach Beth and I am excited to have a plan for progress moving forward into the next 90 days. And more importantly a plan for today. I have struggled with 10xBNB for over 3 months. Getting everything ready and prepared just to being my business. And now that I have completed all the necessary Fundamentals, I felt like I was all alone and directionless. Not knowing how to move forward.

Enter Coach Beth and Arie. Just seeing Arie on the call let me know right away, that they would NOT let me fail, or fall through the cracks (which is how I was starting to feel). And from that moment on, Coach Beth presented me with a plan for success. We talked about the challenges that I faced over the last couple of months, and she was able to gage how to best provide coaching and assistance that would be meaningful for me. She listened to me. She heard what was working and what was not, and gave me very specific strategies that I can use today to help me to take steps closer towards landing my first Bed Flipping Management deal.

Beth talked to me about goals. Next Steps for us to both take so that I can make progress. I am very excited to have her as my coach. I can already see that she is result and goal orientated and that's exactly what I need to change my circumstances. Like I told Beth at the end of our first call, she put a smile on my face for the first time in months. Because for the first time in months I can see the possibility for making progress within this business.

Beth is truly on fire and uplifting. I am now going through some select archival Town Halls. Wednesdays have been toughest, so I needed to catch up on Beth's Town Halls! Tonight (2:33 AM - 8/15) I reviewed "I signed a contract Now What 2. 0" and the timing is perfect. I LOVED all the work she put in on the google Sheet and the tabs are great (I almost missed seeing them) And to teach us to do certain steps "when" and clearly guiding us to do them, in what order, was valuable! Thank you Beth! Big Thanks to Cindy (the esthetic heart of 10X) for really caring for the newbies and endless beginners, Travis for making every Monday an education that needs to be heard and exercised with live demos that show how the rubber meets the Road, and Jon for creating his power point (Each coach their own personal style) . Bonnie is my favorite role model in participating sharing and having the Town Hall coaches' back. The open and thriving aspect of the 10XBNB community and FB page and Town Halls is what makes 10XBNB a value greater than numbers making numbers, making numbers, without actually valuing the experience of NOW Being Here. There is an old saying "Don't throw the baby out with the bath water" I know changes are coming and growth will happen and larger visions loom on the horizon, I hope Shaun's vision of community and sharing this via training is tendered and cared for as we go. This is a rare accomplishment. WOW! To have a team and collective supportive community, and each member also a stand up individual company simultaneously? That is a feat very few entrepreneurial visionaries have ever achieved. The most amazing development here is the individual (everyone is their own company) and the community not defeating each other, but lifting each one up to face their own calling, and to believe in the quality of service; and not being a dog-eat-dog competition continuously sacrificing the many to harvest only the few. Each member seems to have to face the trial of being their own success story. And so, from the bridge of the Starship Enterprise, "Engage!"

The coach let the students share their challenges and also allowed input from the students regarding gray areas like mid-term rentals. BNBIQ report showing the negative returns from Short-term rentals and how to change the numbers that are not realistic. Some students presented very interesting ideas. Thank you, Coach Travis.

It is so wonderful to start a new endeavor with a built-in community of support. I love the Facebook network and how integrated the staff are with the students! I feel strength knowing that I have a support team to help answer all my questions along the way.

Long overdue review of the awesome weekly coaching townhalls.
Monday's 4p PST Townhall calls with Coach Travis are upbeat and informative. He's a great Coach for starting the week with the right attitude. His experience and knowledge comes across without arrogance. Being immediately likeable and trustworthy in the first few words is an incredible asset. He's excellent at communicating succinctly with a tone that is friendly and approachable. I take mental notes on his public speaking skills! He says being an educator is paying off. LOL. The repetitiveness of doing the revenue projection reports is helpful in relaying the information to property owners.

Tuesday's 9a PST Newbie calls with Coach Cindy are extremely motivational and should be encouraged for everyone to join, not just new folks. The ups/downs of this business demands a check-in with students on staying in the game. This call does that. I think the checklist for the calls should include asking if new folks have bookmarked the training course material for quick reference (and does anyone need the link to it), to help them get the contact info for their success coach, because I'm noticing in posts and on calls that they do not know who that person is... I received an email, a call, and a text from Lyza the minute I joined, so I don't know why it's not happening for others. The success coaches definitely need to push attending the weekly calls and provide the dates/times, and links in the weekly check-in emails.

Tuesday's 6p PST Closing calls with Coach Jon are instrumental in getting a handle on how to prospect successfully. Giving students the roadmap and scripts puts the ball in the students' court to perform. The training modules are the foundation, and this Prospecting and Closing call (along with all the other weekly calls) means there's No Excuse not to do the work. It's all laid out and easy to follow. The part that's REALLY excellent is when Jon asks for student volunteers who have done the 4 steps to start prospecting (LLC setup, website, email signature, and brochure ready) and he'll use their location as a live example of going on Craigslist and finding live leads that the student can email that day! He also follows up the next week on the 5 steps of Engagement emails to see how the prospecting is going. That accountability check-in is a must.

Wednesday's 3p PST Townhalls with Coach Beth are an excellent way to learn up-to-date information on this business and get incredibly helpful insight from Beth's firsthand experience. Her wealth of knowledge is vitally important for students. Having polls in the group on what topics should be covered each week should be continued. It lets students have a voice, which is great. Her upbeat and energetic attitude keeps the calls fun. Beth's contribution to the 10X team is monumental. I'm sure leadership already knows that. She is the GLUE/CEMENT/NAILS that keeps this group together. Giveaways and guest speakers are excellent engagement tools, so keep those coming!

On all these weekly calls, allowing students time at the end to ask off topic questions is a very good thing. Folks like hearing how the coaches became successful. Suggestion is to either schedule FB Events on a recurring basis to encourage more participation or provide an Add to Calendar link for each townhall.

Lastly, it would be good to see Shaun & or/ Ari at least quarterly on updates for the 10XBNB company/group or just to pop in and get to know the team/family that they are building. They can even invite some of the successful 2K students, who no longer actively participate in the group to share what their successful worlds look like.

My experience with my success coaches has been nothing short of amazing. Taslima goes above and beyond to ensure all my questions are answered. Even on her off days, she responds as soon as she can. She is knowledgeable, always explains, and offers better options to improve my listing.

Lyza has also been awesome, ensuring all my needs are met with weekly follow-ups. She is constantly on top of my progress, working speedily and diligently to ensure my listing is up soon.

What could I have done without my success coaches? They have made the process smooth and efficient, and I am grateful for their hard work and dedication.

Travis was really great! He gave out valuable information and was very helpful!

10XBNB was able to guide me throughout my journey and offer me resources which helped me land my first deal after 2 months. I really enjoyed the community aspect of the program the most as it gives opportunities to work alongside others and understand similar challenges, and ways to overcome them. Also the coaches that are on the coaching calls have also been very helpful, as they cover many topics such as closing, doing reports, and other rental strategies such as how to improve listing once they go live. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the program, and glad that I enrolled

I have been absent from 10Xbnb for a while attending important personal affairs. Nevertheless, I have received excellent guidance so far and plan to follow up on the information I have recently received from the coaching sessions.

All coaches in the 10xbnb are awesome with follow up, checking on me, my accountability team are here for me, my coaches are available when I need them. And I have a lot of resources in the FB group that didn't even explore everything.

The courses and the training are top-notch! They are very informative and straightforward. It is worth joining. :)
