I couldn't be happier. Travis covered all the needed materials and many items I didn't even realize I would need. Everything was provided in an organized fashion and provided a roadmap for me. Most of all, Travis gave me the feeling that he was personally invested in my success.

I had my first coaching call with Travis. It was awesome. I received answers to all my questions. He took the fear out of it and encouraged me to take the next steps. This company will be great for me

This experience was great because Travis is very knowledgeable about AirBNB. He was able to give me guidance on getting started in AirBNB. He has his own properties so he is spoke from experience which is an advantage because he had the answers to my questions. He followed up with me with helpful resources.

My coach Travis is personable, knowledgeable an excellent communicator and very encouraging. Travis exceeded my expectations and I look forward to continuing to work with him.

I have learned a great lesson in each session of the town hall meeting through Zoom. The instructor gave a valuable lesson in each session. I had a lot resource on how to do the business even without one on one coaching.

I get confused really easily. The timely follow up has been amazing from the whole team. They help me stay focused on the things needing to get done

I had a wonderful experience with my first coaching overview call with Beth. She brought clarity and really put my mind at ease about the program. She gave practical steps in nice bite sized pieces so I wouldn’t feel overwhelmed. She gave honest advice regarding my existing LLC and simplified my next steps. An absolute wonderful experience and a great beginning for my journey. She’s great! Very excited about my success with the program.

It was more like a one-to-one experience. The coaches pay attention to detail meaning, no question is left unanswered to the best of their ability. At the end of the sessions, the student feels encouraged regardless of whatever issues they might be running into. There is focus in every aspect.

I learned something about how to expand my business and to prospect in a better way.

Beth was very help in answering several questions during our 2pm EST Zoom meeting today. She clarified info gaps that needed filling in regards to the 10XBNB business model, and help guide me on which steps to take next. Thank you all for what you do, and I look forward to the next zoom meeting and live event.

I’ve been a Diamond customer since October 2023. The setup of my business structure, logo, website and brochure were all completed in a timely manner. Currently I am receiving invaluable assistance from the Diamond support team, who have scheduled monthly calls which began in January. These calls along with the Wednesday town halls have thus far been very engaging and worthwhile. The most special part of the program however, are the people who make up the community. People are always willing to share ideas and assistance without hesitation.

Beth was great. Honest, transparent, and helpful.

The founders have become successful at STR management and learned from the ground up which is valuable. They also have a good strategy to make more profits with target market focus. All in all the course is good.

The only real issue I had and why I am providing 4 stars is that I thought the property analysis software which is used for prospecting and earning business only comes with 1 month included but it was made to my perception that it was included unlimitedly. They offered and extra month and ended up providing 2 months so we could settle since I had explained that was the big reason I signed up for the program.

The other good thing is they do follow up with you frequently to check in on you and see if you have questions.

All in all it's worth your investment if you are serious about learning STR property management.
