Purchased Haven Riser desk in white love it....! I work with 2 monitors and a laptop, the monitors fit perfectly on the riser shelf so I no longer have them set up on shoe boxes. The desk is a great width & has enough depth for comfortable working. Delivery was super speedy from order to delivery 3 days total no damage great packaging. Steven from 121 emailed to confirm order and delivery etc.
Desk was so easy to put together & looks great 👍 fab value for money. Purchased a chair with arms that lift so chair pushes under the Haven desk making a perfect combo all near and tidy.
Highly recommend this company and product

The chair is perfect and worth the price. Very good!
Cheers!

I recently ordered an Alphason Kentucky white desk for my son. Customer service was great and I was kept up to date with the expected delivery date. The desk is great quality. I would definitely recommend this company and will use again in the future

I have nothing bad to say about this company, ordered and delivered within a few days, excellent customer service.
It will be my go to place first in future.

Excellent customer service, convenient delivery and a quality product (Dams office chair). I had to wait for the chair to come into stock but I had a phonecall from Michael on the day I ordered to explain that it would take a bit longer than expected and to talk me through my options. I opted to wait on my chosen chair, 121 kept me informed and followed up the few queries I had promptly. The chair was worth the wait and I found 121 very reliable and straightforward to deal with. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, we did have a slight issue with some desk trim which was resolved within 3 working days. New desk tops shipped without question. The customer service we received was exemplary and I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review. Thank you

Excellent Value for Money Chair. Delivery before expected delivery take. Very easy to assemble and very comfortable sturdy office chair.

Great service. The desk I was after was at the lowest price compared to other sites, and despite this particular order not being stated as next day delivery, it virtually was, with full tracking. Communication was excellent too.

Recently bought a chair to work from home, and the process was excellent. Good price, excellent communication (as I ordered the wrong colour) and super fast delivery. I have already recommended the site to some team mates, and they have purchased too.

I have used 121 office furniture several times now, they have competitive prices and quality products which would suit home/office, small and large offices. Steven always confirms delivery dates, and you get a real sense of importance and customer service from this family business. On the one occasion where the silver base frame had a longer lead time than was shown on the website, Steven got in touch to explain the delay with the manufacturer. He offered a refund but I was happy to wait, and it came into stock again quicker than expected. Every aspect of the service - from ordering, to notifications, to delivery - are what you would expect (but sadly many fail). I would thoroughly recommend Steven and 121officefurniture and I will always check their prices when I'm buying office furniture in the future.

Excellent customer service and prompt next day delivery to Surrey. When I had questions Steven replied promptly and was very helpful. My Cabrini desk was very good value for money and looks lovely too. When I had a slight issue, I got a very prompt response and it was fully resolved promptly without any delay. I can't recommend highly enough. I would certainly buy from 121 Office Furniture again!

Ordered a desk for home and the service was exceptional, can't fault this company. Just shows that going with large, big name companies is not always the best option. Really happy with my desk and the aftercare service provided - thank you :-)

Just bought the Ergo 24 Hour Chair Luxury Mesh Back Executive Chair. Communication was good, delivery was quicker that stated and price was also very competitive. Have recommended this site to my work colleagues.

Very pleased with my purchase of a new office chair! Cheaper than competitors, great communication, order arrived within a day and works as expected. Will certainly use 121 in the future.

Amazon is normally my go to retailer but for the desk i purchased however 121office furniture were cheaper.
Smooth transaction from start to finish, and super quick delivery. Very happy with the desk and arrived with no damages or deficiencies. Would definately use them again.👍

I ordered a Marlos mesh office chair for home. The price was the best available, and free delivery. Delivery time was given as up to 4 days which was fine. So it was a lovely bonus that the chair arrived within 20 hours of the order. The product quality is good for the price and as described on the site. So top marks 121officefurniture.

Excellent website with page giving all the necessary technical details and also useful graphics showing operation of chair. Used at home at Computer desk. Immensely comfortable. Emailed company before purchase with query and had prompt helpful response by phone. Price very competitive. Chair arrived after 3 working days - well within promised time. A pleasure to give them business. Will recommend to friends without reservation. Thank you 1-2-1 .
