Item supposed to be instock ready to…

Item supposed to be instock ready to ship. Decided not to buy from amazon and buy from irish site. I under stand we had a bank holiday and item was order thursday before BH. Ordered on 2 april. Now 14th april still no delivery. Spoke to agent 9th who advised would make it urgent.

123ink.ca deceptive recommendations

I searched there website for my HP MFP 139we, it listed 8 purchase options. I elected the Moustache brand 141a with Chip. Cartridge arrived and the chip is not compatible with this model. Buried at the end of the page they state it's not compatible. A very misleading website and very deceptive business practice compounded by website design to manipulate the end user. They don't offer refunds so needless to say, if you own a newer HP printer that has a chip I would not recommend using this brand.

So the question is if 123ink.ca is proudly Canadian owned why would an reply come from Ireland 123ink.ie. My complaint is well documented with your support people so feel free to have the refund issued. BTW your response confirms the deceptive website design.

For the most accurate results, we recommend using the printer model search on the side of the homepage, as the main search bar returns broader matches based on keywords. If an issue occurred on our side, we'll certainly arrange a refund if that’s the customer's preference. Thank you.
