Came out on a Saturday at a time of great need, Exceptional service and you wont beat their pricing

Fabulous service. After being let down by our usual supplier Matt got 500 litres to us in less than 24 hours!

Amazing service, ran out of oil and was here within 12 hours, The driver was very patient and I could not thank them enough. New home no idea we were low until no heating and no hot water. Cannot thank Matthew and team enough. Safe trip to the driver who drove 2 and half hours to get her. I will now use this company from now on.

I was completely stuck on a freezing Saturday, with no oil - heating & hot water all not working. No other company was able to help for days, but Paul was immediately up for helping me out and getting oil to me that weekend. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

What can I say.
I was totally out of heating kerosene oil due to the gage being faulty.
I called 123, explained the situation,and nick got the oil delivered in 15 minutes, so happy,nice & warm again on a minus 3 degrees day & he never took advantage,charged me a normal rate.Top people,will always use them now for getting me out of a mess

Needed emergency Oil for my family as tank had run out after moving into a new property so had no clue what or how to do it as only ever been used to gas and electric housing.

Not only did Nick arrange a delivery of oil the next day, he also helped me bleed the boiler and stayed contactable throughout the process offering his expert advice.

Nick really cared about us heating our home during these cold months and was exceptional. I can’t thank him enough!

123oil have been an absolute pleasure to work with. The previous oil supplier were incredibly unhelpful and having a unique situation, the old company weren't very easy to work with.
123oil are a family lead business, they have been thoughtful and understanding, now making for a much smoother operation in receiving our oil. A personalised plan was just what we needed to be accommodated and their company has gone above and beyond to make this happen for us.

Absolutely fabulous! Found these guys in September 2023 by accident and when trying to source a kerosene delivery - gave them a try and I am just gutted not to have discovered them before! Not only were they superb in price, customer service and no-fuss organising of a swift delivery was just amazing. Highly recommend and just taken another delivery from them - all within 2 hours of making a phone call …. I’m sorry I left it so late not realising how low I had got!
