You pay a small fortune for shipping and returns if item doesn’t fit. Nearly half the cost of the item which I never ended up wearing. Total rip off and not worth for the quality

Watch out for them, if they send you the wrong size, they will tell you it's final sale -- and even if you have screenshots of your receipt and the item page without the words final sale, they will claim it's so and indicate they can only exchange for store credit if you pay additional amounts in the form of various fees. Scammy.

If you return an unworn item from 12th Tribe, they will accuse you of returning it worn and not refund you or not received the return at all when the tracking clearly shows it was returned. This company is out to SCAM you!

Clothing was TERRIBLE and of course because it was discount no return options. The quality I would compare to SHEIN but with a much higher price tag. I would NEVER buy from this site again.

Shipping was long, clothing was cheap and/or sized wrong. They deduct shipping and handling from your return item but YOU have to pay for a carrier service to send the return back. Then they don't refund you acting like they never got the return!! Hello, tracking number. Never trust this company, it's a scam!

I had an issue with my Order that was not their fault it was USPS. They solved it so fast and were so lovely about it.

Customer service was very attentive and speedy in addressing my return issue. They assisted me within a few minutes of my email to them.

Sales associate was very kind and accommodating. Clothing is good quality and the boutique was clean. 10/10 would recommend anyone to shop here.

Absolutely love the clothing, its so cute but some of the items only last 2 wears which takes the rating down to 3 stars.

Beware they have a very hard-nosed return policy. Wanted to return my very first purchase with them and they refused. Items had tags on them, unworn and were within 10 days of purchase.
I won't be back. P.S. If you do attempt to return, they charge you a % restocking fee (if they were to take it at all.) Bye 12th Tribe forever....

Buy at your own risk! Ordered a jumpsuit from them and I didn’t like the way it fit. Packaged it up and sent it back for a return the next day. I had tried it on ONCE. They refused to give me my money back and falsely claimed that it was damaged. This is a blatant lie. It wasn’t damaged whatsoever and I’m sure the item is being resold as we speak. Customer service was completely unhelpful. This company is a complete scam and I’ll never buy from them again.
