Love 12th Tribe pieces! Great quality for the price and such a good sale going on this weekend! The sales associate that helped me at the Broome Street store was such a sweetheart!

I absolutely love this brand! Their clothes are unique and so stylish, and everything I’ve ordered, from tops to dresses to accessories, have been of excellent quality. Shipping is very fast, and I love that they offer their own unique spin on trendy, cute clothing. I was hesitant when I came across them on Instagram due to how many sites advertised there are not what they seem, but I’ve been ordering for a year and a half from them and have never been disappointed!

I reached out to the customer service team after an item I purchased went on sale after I completed my transaction. They immediately honored the new sales price and offered me a refund or store credit. Was really pleased with the quick, personalized response and customer-friendly policies.

I placed an order yesterday and realized I wouldn't get the items in time for the trip I'm going on next week, so emailed the customer service team about upgrading my shipping. Megan responded within minutes and was able to happily assist. She was wonderful and I will absolutely continue to order from 12th Tribe in the future!

I am extremely impressed with 12th Tribe's customer service, specifically with Megan! I had a return that didn't process right away, due to an error on my end, and she not only responded to my inquiry within the hour but went out of her way to remedy the situation immediately. She successfully linked my return to my account and processed my payment the same day. She was very professional, helpful, and pleasant in her email correspondence. While the items I ordered didn't work out this time, it was such a positive experience that it makes me want to order from them again in the future. Thank you, Megan!

I had a break on a dress I ordered from 12th Tribe and was very upset about it. I contacted their customer service team in hopes that they’d be able to help me out since it was my first time wearing the dress. They were very understanding and ended up giving me store credit the amount of my purchase, which will definitely not be hard to use :) I’m very thankful for the help I received!

Customer service is beyond amazing!! Both Myrell and Brenda were helpful by assisting me with a shipment issue that I had and answered my emails promptly.

I ordered what I believed to be a swim cover up. It turned out to be a romper. I was out of town when the order was received. I called today to try and find out how to return and they told me that I had missed the return date by 2 days.

I am over 60 years old and tried to find a replacement cover up that would work for me and there was nothing that I felt would be appropriate. When I mentioned this to the sales rep she continued to chat in text that she was sorry and realized this return policy does not work for people who travel and would take that up with her company in the future...but that would be of no help to me.

She did agree to a partial return but be careful not only will they charge you a shipping return fee of $9.95 but also a $24 handling fee.

I asked to talk to someone on the phone and the rep told me there was no one you could talk to on the phone. I told the rep I would never buy from this store again and am angry that I am being forced to take a partial credit.

Buyer beware. I have never come up against this from any other store.

I love this store. I was shopping here for my bachelorette party and I bought a few pieces I loved and others I needed to exchange. I couldn’t seem to figure it out so I reached out and heard back within 30 minutes. Love the fast and very helpful customer service. I also like that I didn’t have to go through a robot to get in touch with an actual person. Lovely help and lovely store.
