I’ve ordered from 12th tribe so much. Beyond so much. The quality of their items is always amazing. (Follow the cleaning instructions I’ve damamaged a fringe too being careless in the washer) I love their stuff when I shop for events, i go to them first. Also, I had an issue with an order and I got the package on a Monday and I needed a new pair before that Friday. I reached out to customer service and got a new pair 1 day shipped to me. Love how helpful they are.

The employees were so kind and helped me find prices that I loved! The store was so organized and very easy to navigate. I was checked on several times in the dressing room and the worker brought me peices that I asked for and recommended me some she liked as well.

They were super responsive and helpful with my return!!

I'm in love with 12th Tribe. I had a mix up on an order and they clarified it with ease and didn't even make me return the mistaken item. AND they gave me the best "mystery gift"! Their customer service has always been great and this last time, Milly was particularly awesome. Thanks 12th Tribe!

Love love love 12th tribe! I was waiting for a shipping confirmation for a dress I purchased for my bachelorette party in June. I decided to reach out as I bought the item over a week ago and it still did not ship. 12th tribe answered quickly and efficiently! They explained an issue they were having with some inventory and could not promise me the dress I wanted by the time I needed it. The person I was emailing sent me another option saying that since they couldn’t promise the dress I purchased they would swap for one they had in stock! I even got the swap for the same price I paid for the other dress. I was shocked how easy the transaction and conversation was! This company has WONDERFUL customer service! I would recommend them to every bride to be!

Love love love 12th tribe! I received my purchase sooner than expected and love the dress and boots I got. My boots did not fit and there customer service for the return process was so easy and no hassles. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to shop here. Love there cloths!

Customer service was awesome! I received a defective skirt & they responded quickly offering a few solutions. Then ended up replacing my skirt for free. Spoke to 3 different people through email but all were attentive.

Horrible with everything from purchasing to returning. The material of everything is extremely cheap and not wearable. I am confused who actually continues to buy this. I even tried to go to NYC location in-person to choose something for exchanging and found absolutely nothing worthy. After sending them the return it will take about “12-16 days” after they RECEIVE the item to process the refund. Not even going to mention the crazy fees they have for return. The most ridiculous policy. There are plenty of online stores with better quality to choose from

I had an item come damaged, and it was super easy to request a refund. The person of contact for my refund gave me 100% of my money back with an additional discount to use for my next purchase. Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service!!

I reached out and got assistance from Milly who helped me with an issue regarding a belt that I had just received. One of the loops on the belt had broke off and it looked like someone tried replacing it with wire. Milly was so kind and stated that she would send another one ASAP! I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future and recommending this place to all of my girlfriends! 🤍
