Didn’t like the fact I had to order from Flannels to get all the items I needed which incurred 2 delivery charges

Despite all the negative reviews for this company I thought I’d purchase 2 garments that were at a good price and I got an order confirmation and regular updates on the shipping. The clothes arrived in 2 days with just the basic shipping. From my experience don’t let the negative reviews put you off.

will wipe the balance off of your giftcards then proceed to tell you it is your fault rather than theirs. customer service agents are not helpful at all & dont give clarity as to why it has happened. this has happened twice now.

Next day delivery was paid for. Not getting parcel until 2 days later, not good enough.

Returned an Item got the cancellation email etc, the money has not been sent to my account. Emailed several times and just can’t get a response from them, no email reply to sort anything, still not received the refund. And their wording they use for the cancellation email etc makes th chargeback process complex too. Feels like a slimy way to hold on to your money

Paid a fortune for next day delivery, didn’t arrive the next day, their online help was slightly helpful, if somewhat hard to find, offered the standard replies without really solving the problem

Edit, turns out the parcel was “lost” by the courier (pinched?) and now out of stock, absolute joke of an operation

If you pay £10 for next day delivery you expect next day delivery not looking at tracking and it says in transit to local depot for 12 hrs. POOR SERVICE AND VERY MISLEADING

Great shopping experience, ordered on Sat morning delivered on Sun morning even though I selected standard delivery.
Sweatshirt is Great quality, just how online shopping should be. Bravo.
