Paid for expedited delivery and it came even sooner than I expected. Clearly working hard to process and deliver customer orders asap - unlike some competitors.... Great price on product too. Will shop again.

Parcel arrived looking like it had been passed from pillar to post, no protection just a shoe box in a plastic bag, box all ripped so too the wrapping inside the box, shoes don't even look new, £10 for delivery, no response from customer service will be taking my business elsewhere, not impressed!

The array of products and sales prices were great. I stocked up on a bunch of things at a great price. However I received an email from DHL stating that I had to pay the taxes on my purchase or the items would be sent back. I paid the $95. I checked 18 Montrose’s website and in “fine print” states that customers outside of the UK and EU were responsible for this tax . This is the first time this has happened and I’ve made purchases online from around the world. Even though they have great products and sales I most likely won’t be buying from them again.
