Bad packaging - avoid

Shipped me a pair of Wales Bonner x Adidas with no protection - open shoe box in nothing but a plastic bag. Response to my complaint was they saw no problem with this. Avoid this lot if you like to collect your sneakers.

worst experience

I had no problems when I used it before. I thought it was a good shop. However, I found out that it was the worst store for shopping this time. I did not receive an order completion email. I didn't even get an order confirmation email. When I inquired that they hadn't been sent, they said they would email me again, but they didn't. I said that I would send a tracking number when the package was sent, but I have not received an email confirming that the shipment has been completed. When I inquired about it, I was told that although it had been shipped, it had been returned by the courier. And if the package is not returned, I will not refund. Realize that you are saying something funny. I haven't even received a tracking number, so I can't confirm whether it was shipped in the first place. Why do you have to wait for me to send it back? Even though I asked them to contact me by email, the response was really slow. I will never shop here again.

Disgusting service the worst…

Disgusting service the worst experienced.

Purchased items, the description provided by 18 Montrose stated REGULAR FIT, the garment in question for a mens medium, measured 26” across - it should be in the 22” area.

Completely oversized garment it should have read !

I contacted customer services several times and they said I had to pay for postage back - I would not have purchased if I’d had the correct info as I do not wear baggy clothes.

Anyhow be warned - shocking service - shocking packaging, products not cared for in warehouse, shoe boxes arrived filthy !

Tried to use their returns portal and it did not work either - so disappointing but if you run a business this way then you eventually get found out.

Poor

Entered the LG II SPZL and was not informed of the result. Upon checking the status it shows cancelled. Now the refund is still not in yet. Totally disappointed as they are the only website that delays the refund.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Entered raffle for Yeezy slide in onyx and received no confrontation whether I was successful or not which seems to be a problem many people are facing using 18Montrose. Webchat Akron live chat both awful

I have had excellent customer service from 18 Montrose. Really quick and helpful communication from Ben and order arrived faster than expected.

Abysmal

Same as others I entered the draw for the LG spezials and I yet not heard anything. It ended a couple days ago. Didn’t even get an email confirming my entry or anything just took the money from my account like everyone else who entered.

Live Chat confirmed I didn’t win so please get my refund back ASAP!

Really wish I’d visited here prior to entering. Looks like a shambles!

Raffle for LG spezials

I've entered the draws for the LG spezials and I yet not heard anything. It ended a couple days ago. When do we get contacted about winning or losing and what about the pending payment. Getting concerned as you have alot more negative reviews then positive on your raffle draws.

i order 5 pairs of trainers in the sales and got them the next day all correct love them all

didnt get a confirm email but got the dpd tracking

think people so post reviews when they get a good service as well as bad

will use a gain

The most expensive delivery charges I…

The most expensive delivery charges I have ever seen online. £6.99 for standard delivery with DPD.

And if you need to return something then they charge £3.99!!!

Absolutely never again.

Store is lovely though, online is a NO!

Ordered Saturday , delivered Sunday with DPD

A friend recommended 18 Montrose to me . I ordered a pair of adidas Stan Smiths in the sale - am very happy with purchase .
Delivery cost was a little pricey and I even paid a little extra for next day but otherwise great first experience with 18 Montrose .

Ignoring and lying to customers

Didn't refund original postage (stated in your terms that you would) then repeatedly ignored me and lied to me about it. They have finally sent me a link to their actual terms and conditions that still says the original postage should be refunded and proves your staff were lying the whole time! Ridiculous

adidas originals campus 80s trainers

First class service, ordered yesterday about 4pm & received around 3pm today.

After placing an order 9days ago no…

After placing an order 9days ago no email, no info about order status. Just in Profile you can see info - still awaiting courier pick up. And its for 9 days now. Also no proper costumer service by email. Despite this and after a lot of emails - they sent tracking number. Everything is valid, but be patient.
