1CC has honestly changed my life. I’ve been in the high ticket space for four years and had done several other offers but nothing truly felt aligned. But when I met Christian, I instantly knew this was going be a life changing journey. I was met with SOOO much support when I started. I constantly had the team checking in on me - making sure I had all my questions answered. They truly want you to be the best version of yourself and they show that with all the support/training they offer on a weekly basis. Everyone is so genuine and goes out of their way to help. I’ve never felt so connected to a community. Super grateful to be a part of such an amazing company. 🙏🏽

Starting off here was a big jump for me as I’ve never done online sales. The team here is phenomenal. Rich is incredible and so isn’t his wife they are so full of abundance, generosity, and integrity that it’s hard not to be grateful to work for such a great company! The coaches are great. The team is great. It’s changed my life in so many different ways, all being positive. I have never excelled financially this fast in all of my life. It took a lot of work and dedication, but if your “why” is strong enough, you can make it in a way that will change your life forever. I went from making 4k-$5k a month as a trainer and server to making $50k in a single month as the top closer. I started off at the bottom. Saw an opportunity. Took a risk. And said “F’it” so everything else. The moment I made $14k in 1 month in month 3, I knew
My life was going to change forever… and from there it’s been a constant battle to the top. If you can handle the rejection and have the resilience and grit to overcome the fear of yourself and overcome self doubt, you can have unlimited earning potential. 1 year in and I’m just touching the surface of my true potential and that’s exciting. Not only has 1cc made me a better closer. It’s made me a better person. And that’s priceless. ♥️

Got me in the door to the high ticket space. The team is amazing, I've never been in a position with this much support from other sales reps before. This is no den of wolves. We are all supporting each other to grow and increase our sales skills and results.

This has been a life-changing decision and I don't regret it. The skills/mindset shifts/processes I have learned here will serve me for the rest of my life.

As I have experienced over my years as an employed adult, company culture is systemic. Rich and crew KNOW this and embody empowerment and accountability. They do not ask you to do anything they haven't done themselves, and are not willing to help you learn. There are trainings every day, whether formal or informal. Need help? Message ANYONE. Everyone is open to help. I am so grateful I took the chance, invested in myself, and came on board. I have increased my closing rate by 90%!! There is no cap on my earnings, I am in complete control of my earnings through my learnings. Finally, the gratitude 1CC shows to their people is refreshing. You know you matter. You are celebrated, thanked, and held to account. Take the leap. Do the work. Show up. Ask for help. Success is waiting.

I've been with 1CallClosers university since December 2024 and had a great experience so far. The team has a great system to onboard new sales reps and help them find success. I love the flexibility of the work from home closer role and appreciate the positive culture. Its a great place to learn the closer role and develop the necessary skills for success.

I was very naive about the high ticket space but figured I’d take a job to make some side money. I had some sales experience in the medical industry but clearly nothing high ticket and one call closing. The company offers a ton of free trainings which is cool but I quickly learned it’s sink or swim. You can choose to work your butt off, learn and grow OR u can choose to fall between the cracks. It helps if you’re driven, competitive and enjoy the hunt because you only eat what you kill. I rely on the daily trainings to stay sharp, focused and mentally strong. The training is great but only if YOU take advantage of it. The culture is truly great here and the leadership is phenomenal. Meeting the founder and his core team and learning what they stand for and their vision only cemented my decision to make this a full time effort. 9 months in, I sold my first 1M and looking to double that the next 12 months. I went from avg living and piles of credit card debt to debt-free and a nice little nest egg in 6 months. Want a challenge for personal growth, grow your bank account, and perform your duty to help your fellow man? I’m confident I know where to find that.

Working with Brad Lea and 1 Call closers and the 1CC university has been a life changing experience for me. From the High ticket sales training to the personal development aspect. You are learning from the pioneers in this industry. They actually care about their sales reps and want to help them succeed every step of the way. The support is massive. We have team meetings everyday. Call reviews and objection handling/role plays a few times a week. The community is amazing. 1 Call Closers is taking the online high ticket space by storm. There is no ceiling to how much you can make, as long as you put in the reps and sharpen your skills. They have many different offers within the company and provide tons of training, video and hands on support to dial everything in. ln just over one year in I have tripled my income and nearly debt free. If you are considering getting into high ticket sales for more freedom, look no further.

I paid 5k to join a community that I thought belonged to Brad Lea but then learned it belonged 1 call closers after joining.

Slightly deceiving.

I already had prior experience in high ticket. The process is to get placed on an offer is not individualized to your experience / skillset.

I had to join 10 required group training sessions with 100+ people. Personally felt like a waste of time.

After jumping through hoops to get placed on an offer, there's little support on the actual offer. It feels like everybody for themselves, with no culture, and little-No support for new hires.

I was placed in a pod on the offer, which I proactively reached out to coordinate, and then started leaning on the Pod for support.

The pod was discontinued 2 weeks after I joined it. Then I learned that if I wanted on-offer training (specific to the actual offer) that I would have to pay more.

The only support I am offered is joining group training sessions with 50+ people.

Everybody is different obviously, however, this is personally challenging for me.

Nobody checks in to see how Im doing, just feel like another number.

1CC has been an incredible company to be a part of...from the company culture to the support, the coaching, the leadership and everything in between I can't express how instrumental they have been in my success as I have dove into the Remote High Ticket space.

I’ve enjoyed my experience so far a lot of great knowledge being shared which is great for a beginner like myself trying to gain everything possible to be successful I get great energy from the community every time much appreciated

The community is amazing, and the trainings very impactful. There's a lot of material covered in the modules and everything is broken down in easy steps to follow. The coaching calls and the recordings are very valuable. We all learn from each other and grow... Thanks Rich for providing a place like this for anyone that is looking in improving their communication skills, gaining better understanding of sales... and learning more about human behaviour and how to navigate conversations to help individuals that really need guidance by understanding how to provide the right solutions...
