Having been in sales for 25 years and able to recognize discrepancies in what you're promised & what is delivered is very easy for me.
I've been in training for 3 months 4-6 hours a day and as i'm getting to the very end, it got very difficult to pass.
It was difficult to pass because Brad Lea does not want to give people a job he wants them to quit.
Brad charged $5k promising a job with one of his companies. He advertises having more leads then he can get to for sales people and once you sell $50k of his services, that he will return of your $5k deposit.
It has been announced recently within the company, that new reps will not be receiving leads until they have cold called and make a certain # of sales before you will receive those leads. This information is conveniently ommitted as well as how long training takes to complete.
If he were to disclose no leads to new sales people and super lengthy training no one would sigh up and Brad Lea knows it
In a nutshell you pay $5k for a sales job for the right to cold call.
Brad has repackaged his education course by acting like you get a great sales job from him and that they will book up your calendar with lots of appointments which is not true.
He knows that is why people join but then he reneages on delivering on this most important offering.
The training is very unnecessarily, long and I truly believe that it is to discourage people from finishing it and just quitting due it being ridiculously long. In a nutshell, you pay $5k for super long training, during your training period you aren't getting paid. Then if you survive this gauntlet he gives you a sales job with 100% cold calling.
You don't have to pay someone $5k to cold call. Cold calling sales jobs are a dime a dozen and you don't have to pay for them. They will trin you for free.

1 Call Closers helped me see the fact I can do Sales closing. they provided a comprehensive system and the coaches are amazing. Highly recommend. but like anything you have to do the work. but they support you.

This is the best program I've joined. They really have coaches who know how to teach and I've learned and progress so much in my closer training journey. Staff are very supportive and multiple people are eager to help you when you have questions. Seems like everyone wants to see you succeed. And also a lot of the students there love helping one another and wanting to make each other better as a closer. We also formed small roleplay groups so everyone got to practice with one another and giving each other critiques. I'm certified now and training specifically for health and fitness offer. Everyone I know who are ahead of me is progressing to the next step in the process. I have a friend who is ahead of me who's gone through the training process and is now working and is doing well in health and fitness. Making $. He's the one that introduced me to the company, which is why I'm in the program . I can't wait to be in his position.
I would recommend this 1 Call Closers to anyone who wants to become closer. You will succeed if you're willing to learn and work hard.

The company culture is extremely upbeat, positive and supportive. Often time in sales people are hesitant to teach or support another person. Particularly somebody that is new. Not the case with one call closers! Everybody from the managers, owner, as well as other new hires are all extreme the supportive of each other

1CC has been eye opening for me. As someone who was in corporate sales with a salary and commission for 20 years. I was hesitant to make the move to commissions only. The trainings have created a structure, framework and a clear path to Success!
The best part is all the trainers are nice, direct, helpful and have “walked the walk” in terms of sales results.
My best commission month prior to 1CC was $61,000. However, I believe that can be achieved over and over with continued improvements and execution.
