Ordering was straight forward enough but that was about it!
No updates on when my blind was being delivered. Two and half weeks later, my blind arrived but it wasn't motorised (which I paid an extra £100 for) They collected the blind and then no communication from 1 click blinds. The only way to contact them is through email! Each time I asked for a update on when I would receive the correct blind, I was told they were sorry and that it would be sent out using their over night service and I'd be receiving it the following day
This went on for over a week and I decided to claim my money back and go elsewhere. I then received a phone call from 1click blinds moments later apologising and ensuring me that this isn't how they run their business and I would be getting my blind on Monday (received the call Saturday morning)
My blind finally arrived on the Monday, 4 weeks after ordering them!
So if you want blinds that arrive correctly and in a reasonable time, don't use 1clickblinds

*Edited* Initially I was very disappointed with my experience with 1 Click Blinds. Against my better judgement, I ordered five blinds, I thought it had turned out to be a costly mistake.

My order arrived incomplete, and not the dimensions I wanted due to the lack of info available on their site.. However, after speaking with them directly and giving them constructive feedback on where I believe they are lacking, my order was promised to be refunded. I have re ordered the blinds. I hope they have taken it onboard and from now on potential customers will have a better experience. I have given them 4 stars because I think they can improve on the communication speed.

My order arrived incomplete, and attempts to contact the company through their online chat have gone unanswered. I specifically required face-fix blinds and followed their instructions carefully, providing the exact aperture dimensions as requested. According to the guidance, the blinds should have been made to those measurements. However, the blinds I received were manufactured to the external dimensions, effectively making them recess-fit, completely unsuitable for my installation needs.

To make matters worse, the website provides no clear information about frame dimensions or how to adjust measurements depending on fitting type. It appears customers are expected to make assumptions about critical details. As an Interior Architect with over 20 years of experience, I find this level of ambiguity and lack of technical clarity unacceptable.

I spent £450 and now have blinds that cannot be used. I regret not trusting my instincts. 1 Click Blinds needs to significantly improve both their customer service response times and the level of product information provided on their website.

Bottom line: A disappointing experience from start to finish, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution choosing such a terrible company. I now wish I had spent a little more than the £450. Bottom line, listen to your gut and trust your experience, this wasn't worth the risk... They really need to up their game, better response time and a lot more information on the product specifics...

Never had my blinds that cost £60. Initially thought it was good customer service as I moved house and had to change my address which appeared to have been done when checked. Then they attempted to deliver to a postcode not even close to mine, no response to messages since, no blinds.. waste of money

My husband measured our requirement for blind slats width & length, carefully & exactly. I even checked while he was doing the measuring & entering details online, before we ordered. When blinds arrived, they were actually not to the right order details. On requesting a refund by email, due to it being 1ClickBlinds' error, he's had a reply saying 'We don't give refunds or exchanges'.
I refute your claim we measured the window, not the blinds. You just want to make it seem as if it is our fault, when actually we gave you exact measurements of our current blinds and if you 'make to measure' as you claim, then they should be an exact fit, like the ones we currently have hanging up. We were so careful not to make an error & we aren't stupid either!

The measurements were written on each bag. All slats were complete with weights and hanging loops. It was quick and easy to remove the old and click in the new slats.

The customer service from this company is absolutely shocking. The quality of blinds is rubbish. I had a member of staff who wouldn’t allow me to speak and then hung up accusing me of being rude. The whole thing is wild, please avoid this company, there are much better blind companies available.

My call was recorded, I wasn’t abusive and only thrown the blinds away 3 weeks after hearing nothing from you.

The standard charge is ridiculous for small buying lightweight replacements and still waiting for replacement blinds. Bought before and no problem. Now delivery is 7-12 working days!
Must be using the cheapest option for most profit!
they are using “Shop” to track and that is useless. Have no idea when they will arrive.

The easiest way to replace slats on blinds I've ever seen. The price and quality was second to none and delivery swift. Putting new slats in to me windows has mad a dramatic change to the rooms and brightened up the entire house.
