My 14 year old son made a purchase…
My 14 year old son made a purchase online using a voucher he had for Xmas but clicked on the wrong payment method using his brother’s stored bank details. I immediately contacted customer service asking to cancel this order and sent multiple emails asking for help with not a single reply. I am disappointed with the lack of communication. They also do not offer a refund even though I asked to cancel the order within 5 mins of purchasing. I do accept my son’s responsibility for this however no help to resolve this issue was offered. VERY POOR customer service.

Amazing customer support
After my family member ordered a wrong size they were able to cancel the order and get me my money back within 24hrs. Sadly they don’t have a lot of items, otherwise all my clothes would come from them.
