Order took over a week for the order to…
Order took over a week for the order to even be despatched and had to be chased. It arrived late. Was offered discount to not cancel. Still waiting for the refund - have chased twice as nearly 2 weeks ago now. They’re no longer replying to emails. Don’t purchase anything from here - they offer zero service.

Hi this is a very unfair review. We contacted you to let you know there is a delay due to the fact that we are moving to a new store and all of our stock is currently boxed up in units. We then offered you 50% off of a t shirt which is already in the sale from £60 to £35 we had processed the refund with shopify but for some reason it hadn't hit your account I have now contacted shopify and they have process the refund you have received a £60 t shirt for £15 and are leaving a small business a 1 star review ?
Not great
Ordered some sale items for 24 hour delivery. Never received them. Disputed the charge on my credit card, once the money had been returned through my credit card Hyluxclothing called me offering apologies and a further discount and that they would send the available items out and refund me for the ones that were out of stock. Never recieved the refund or the other items

Was planning to make an order to buy…
Was planning to make an order to buy some joggers from them. I read the returns system, to see what the rules were. I judge a company before I buy from them, to protect myself. My findings were; the return period is 7 days! And they DON'T PROVIDE REFUNDS, only exchanges and credit motes. Then I read several interesting reviews on Truspilot. The evidence-based conclusion is, this company has poor morals, and I would urge people to avoid it. Lets keep protecting each other, support ethical companies, and expose unethical companies. That's why Trustpilot is a very useful website.

Paid for next day delivery
Paid for next day delivery, it never came unanswered email and WhatsApp messages, finally replied to my son to say the irem was lost in post and conveniently didn't get tracking, after 10 days delivered a different size but fortunately it fit so he kept it, got £12 refund, personally I would never shop there again

Hi there we came out and hand delivered the t shirt to your son we kept him in the loop via instagram messages and he tried the t shirt on when one of our team was at the door and he was happy with the t shirt and we also refunded you the shipping cost.
Very cooperative with my order
Very cooperative with my order , came on time & perfect condition . I was initially concerned as the reviews weren’t the best and thought I had been scammed but my order did arrive correct and in a good time frame , this was also during new year.
