1MORE Return Policy Is Misleading — Company Refuses to Honor Refunds.
I purchased a pair of 1MORE SonoFlow Pro headphones and attempted to return them the same day they arrived, after opening the box and briefly testing them. The product simply wasn’t a good fit for me, which is exactly the kind of situation their return policy claims to cover.
1MORE advertises a 30-day return policy that states customers may receive a refund “for any reason.” I followed every step exactly as written:
• I contacted support immediately
• I provided photos
• I repackaged the item with all original accessories
• The request was well within the 30-day window
What happened next was extraordinarily frustrating.
Instead of honoring their own policy, 1MORE spent nine days sending me repetitive, canned responses offering anything except the refund their policy promises. Each message avoided the actual issue. They tried to push exchanges, replacements, discount codes — anything that allowed them to avoid issuing a refund.
Worse, they began inventing conditions not found anywhere in their written policy, such as the claim that the item must be "unused." That requirement does not exist on their website. Their actions directly contradicted the terms they advertise to customers.
I escalated the issue through PayPal and continued to make it clear I was willing to return the product. Even then, 1MORE continued to avoid processing the refund, and at one point claimed they “could not refund while a PayPal dispute is open,” which is simply not true — sellers can refund through an active dispute at any time.
In the end, all of this was completely avoidable. I requested a return within hours of receiving the item, followed every instruction correctly, and met every requirement. What should have been a simple, routine refund turned into a prolonged experience that left me with a permanent negative impression of the company.
If you are considering purchasing from 1MORE, understand that their customer service may not honor the policies they publish. If anything goes wrong, you may find yourself stuck in the same loop I went through.
There are many reputable audio companies that treat customers honestly. Based on my experience, 1MORE is not one of them.
