I requested a refund and it was denied.

I requested a refund and, after multiple attempts, received a response offering a discount on future purchases. However, their website clearly states a 30-day money-back guarantee! I confirmed that this was not an option and never heard back again! Scam of a company! NEVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM THEM!

Their 30-day guarantee is a sham.

I purchased Q20 headphones that I was dissatisfied with. Separately, I purchased Q21s that were much better and for the same price. Thus, I wanted to return the Q20s, and I have been unable to do so.

Their 30-day guarantee is a sham. The headphones don't come shipped with return information. Instead, you are required to follow the instructions listed on their website—which I did. It has been over two weeks, and I have sent follow-up emails. But I have never received a response to my emails.

For this order, I actually tried to change it before it even shipped because I had meant to order the Q21s in the first place. Though they were responsive at that time, they sent me a terse claim that the issue could not be rectified because it was already prepped for shipping. Even though I sent the email making the request almost immediately after I placed the order.

This is not the customer service that is typical of an American company. Perhaps that is why they now permit processing orders on their site via Amazon Prime, which then handles the returns. At the very least, 1MORE should remove their false claim of a 30-day guarantee.

Would give support 0 stars if I could

Would give support 0 stars if I could. Left multiple phone messages with contact info as well as phone messages and no reply after 3-4 weeks. Had a few questions and wanted to point out to them how weak their new eq is on evo earbuds. Not enough range of adjustability on eq. Will probably return if not contacted soon.

1More Dual Driver ANC Pro wireless headphones - they only work for an hour :(

I purchased 1MORE Dual Driver ANC Pro [Model EHD9001BA] via Amazon on 7/30/2021; they were delivered 7/31/2021. I used them for the first time 8/1/2021 after charging them fully. They were superior in sound, comfort, looks, feel. I began having issues about 1 hour into the first use. The unit seemed to keep launching various apps on my cell phone (LG V60) and then began disconnecting the Bluetooth connection (phone was in my hand about 1 foot from the headphones). I struggled with them for a while; then it seemed that turning them off then on fixed the issue. When I tried to use them again the next day (today), they would not connect at all to my phone. I tried turning them on and off (cell phone and headphones) but no success. I tried everything in the instructions – no success. My cell phone had no issues connecting to several other Bluetooth devices (including other headphones). The 1MORE headphones ceased to pair or go into pairing mode after a 1 hour 1 time use. I emailed and left a voicemail with 1MORE and requested a call for support. I received an email only with instructions that they no longer had those in stock, but Amazon still had inventory so return return/swap with Amazon. I replaced the pair with a new set from Amazon - THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED!
While the sound and comfort of these neckband earphones were superb, the quality and short/long term performance were less than poor and customer service is suspect. BUYER BEWARE.
