Purchased a pair of shoes, shoes never came, they never replied to my emails asking what’s wrong with the order. Nothing, just charged the money and that’s it. Don’t buy.

I ordered a New Balance pair of sneakers on February 06th and I received one email saying my order was in and that I would receive another email when my order would be shipped, expected to be delivered by February 26. I never received another email, when I go to their website my order remains exactly the same as day one, that my order is complete but it was never executed, prepared or sent out to me. I have sent two emails to two different email addresses that I found but nothing after answer whatsoever. Definitely a scam, beware people!

If I could of not put a star i would I ordered a new balance sneakers on the 15/02/26 up to this date I my didn't receive any shipping info I paid 67 of my hard earned salary that dont come easy I also think Spotify.com is apart of this scamming that is going on my order #1115 can someone help me I don't want any one else to loose there money

This company is an absolute scam. Their website promises to ship orders within 48 hours, but after you pay, they send you a fake Sunyou tracking number — which is known to be used in many scam cases. They use Shopify for payments, but you can’t report them unless the order is linked to your email. Even though I used my email at checkout, they only texted me a Shopify confirmation link, so I have no way to verify that the order is actually connected to my account, thus making it impossible to report their website for misusing shopifys services.

I reached out via email and via social media, I was then hit with "Okay, since we always deliver everything correctly and with quality, our reputation with Shopify is very good, so your complaint won’t make a difference. You can continue complaining or we can resolve the delivery of your order, which will it be?"

They did not send me the correct shipping info, or reassure me with any evidence my package had be sent. It's been 2 weeks since I made the purchase.
