The bag never made it to Barcelona

The bag never made it to Barcelona, one week vacation and the kids had no clothes, and, even worse, no Easter treats. We still had a great vacation, despite the fact that the luggage did not show up. Two weeks later, I received a phone call from a friendly man who had received the bag in Gatwick - not our departure airport, not even our country. Anyways, he found it, discovered my phone number inside and called. He was very friendly and helpful: the bag was sent to my place immediately!

My bag somehow didn’t make the plane

My bag somehow didn’t make the plane. Late evening in Gatwick I was directed to fill an online form at an easyjet machine to report the delayed luggage. Initially this felt totally hopeless without any human contact to speak to but by morning the 1st flight team were straight onto their replies and not only were they reassuring but couldn’t have been more efficient. Am very happy with the service and not just because I got my bag back.

I was able to retrieve my bag

I was able to retrieve my bag. This was fantastic and Gemma was especially helpful. The downside was that communication was slow and it was immensely difficult to talk to a real person, as opposed to an automated service. It took five days for me to sort things out, even though I had reported the problem immediately.

Lost Kindle on Airplane Bristol

Hi
My wife left her Amazon Kindle on the seat of a EasyJet
Plane at Bristol Airport and we reported it to them and they directed us to first flight forwarders. When they located our kindle they immediately got in touch with us and we paid for delivery of our property and yes bingo. We have it back. Well done guys.

Successful experience

I used First Flight Forwarders to retrieve my card wallet. Email communication from start to finish was brilliant, clear and straightforward. Lost the wallet on 09 March and first class Royal Mail delivered it on 21 March. My thanks and appreciation to FFF (and Royal Mail).

Gemma at Primary Tracing [easyjet] was fantastic. Kept me updated and informed. Also if would like to thank the EasyJet employee at Gatwick on 13th March who helped me with sending the missing luggage report. I don’t know her name, but ‘thank you’. I am delighted to get my suitcase back!!

I submitted a claim that was delayed as…

I submitted a claim that was delayed as the newcastle airport too forever after long chasing up with emails for a refrence number as I reported it before I left the Airport in October 23. After This compnay kept asking the same questions again and again and after 3 months after the claim submitted in December 2023, the declined it as they advised cosmetic damage. the rubber had come adrift from the case a poor service and took far too long to make an assessement very poor

Lost hold-all at Gatwick - own fault

I was reunited with my lost hold-all (my fault) less than 24h after receiving a call from Mike. Mike was kind, courteous and efficient and I was really pleased with the service that 1stFlight offered me.

Esta empresa genial

Esta empresa, desconocida para mí rescató mi maleta después de dos meses y medio de estar extraviada. Vivo en Argentina y viaje a UK y la verdad que no se muy bien a que se dedican y me gustaría saberlo. Lo cierto es que cuando la empresa aérea ya daba por perdida mi maleta, apareció este hombre y con su paciencia me explicó que estaba en gateway y al día y medio ya me la trajeron hasta la puerta de mi casa. Gracias. Gracias y gracias! Soy Silvia esposa de Gerardo.

Mislaid Kindle

I left my Kindle on the aircraft in September '23 not realising for a few days when I thought it not worth pursuing.
I was amazed when 1stflight contacted me in February to say that they had found my Kindle. From the initial contact to the return of the item, their kind and helpful service was exemplary. I cannot thank them enough.

Very professional

Mike was nice and very professional. He helped me to find my luggage after that it was delivered to the wrong airport. After more than a month without any news from the airline company, Mike was very helpful to detect and track the luggage and give it back to me.

Outstanding Mike!

Notre bagage à été retrouvé plus de 6 mois après avoir été perdu à Gatwick. Nous tenons à remercier Mike très sincèrement. Sa communication à été d'une qualité exemplaire, précise et empathique. La gestion de cette situation est une référence en matière de satisfaction client. Merci infiniment.

The lovely HELEN !

I cannot express enough our thanks to the lovely Helen who help locate our missing 9 foot surf board in Gatwick !
It filled my heart with dread that we had luggage issue with easyJet, but this company and their staff were truly awesome ! Prompt, professional, kind and friendly !
