Bought a gift card on Xmas, it was quick and had no trouble retrieving it. I placed a second order 2 days ago spending upwards of 2000 dollars for literally nothing: my order was unilaterally canceled so I did not get any gift cards or my money back. Opened a ticket and followed guidelines and no reply after 48 hours. Stay away from this scam!

I bought giftcards valued over $8,000, and the process was nice. The overall feeling is that they are VERY professional. There was a small delay of some days to receive the keys but they warned beforehand, and I understand that with these quantities some more steps could be needed. Anyway, the very first day they offered to return me the money because of the expected delay, but I declined it because I wanted the giftcards. Some days later (today), as expected, they delivered the giftcards, and they worked perfectly. They even sent me an email in the meantime telling me that "today before 9 hours we'll deliver the keys". I can't be happier.

This service has worked very well, also whenever there was issues (e.g. delays) the support was excellent and the problem was always resolved.

I used their service requesting a customized gift card option which was not available at their store. They added it and helped me with the whole process from the start to the end. I must admit they were always very professional in contact and trying to find the best solution for my need. Their total mark-up for those newly added gift cards in my order was quite high (12 percent) but all in all, it was a great experience. A highly recommended website for any cryptocurrency payments.

Hi I wrote a one star negative reveiw back in November Wich I want to update and put right with constant back and forth emails to Jordan at DigiDash who I may add has been totally differant from my first experiance and a lot more helpful after the issues I was having I looked around everywhere for an alternative unit to do what wanted to do and beleive me there is nothing else out there as good as this as long as you limit the amount of extra data or videos you put on at the moment my problem has been resolved and iam more than happy to recommend this unit with a minimum 4 star
