Customer service is awful.
I have been trying to get an update on who to meet for my gear drop. Drop is advertised within an hour, it has been 20 days and nobody from the company can tell me the name of the person I am suppose to friend request let alone when it will happen.
Giving it until Monday, if nothing I will decline the charge, company seems incredibly unorganized

Always deliver in reasonable time and if you can’t accept they’ll go way beyond to contact you plus they will give something extra if you are loyal so far didn’t have a problem I would recommend them to anyone who is interested

Great deals always deliver what they promised if there is any problem they will inform you about it
However my personal experience is that I didn’t know name of account which I have to befriend maybe I missed it but when I chatted with the support team i had to ask couple times about that it’s only minor issue
I’m playing roblox can’t tell about other games
Definitely will be back and I can recommend this site
