It is a great service in Leighton Buzzard with amazing Customer Care, very helpful and reliable. We purchased floor panels to infill our existing flooring that has been discontinued and the Merchant was most helpful in trying to find for us matching brands and colours. Panels arrived on time and everything went smoothly.

Friendly and professional. They took care of my property and worked quickly. The carpet looks great and they are fitted neatly. Very happy with the overall service from the show room to the fitting

The initial survey by Phil was very professional and Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when choosing the right carpet for us. The final stage was excellent with Shane and James making all the preliminaries stand out in the finished article.

Shane and colleague were polite and respectful. Shane talked through the process of laying the carpet highlighting the possible difficulties. During the process he checked in with me, that the carpet was what I was expecting and happy with how it looked. On finishing he checked that I was happy with his work.

Very happy with the service throughout from Dee and Luke in the office with booking appointments, helping with choices of flooring. Slight issue with front door mat but was resolved promptly. All workmen were professional, and friendly. All work was kept tidy during the work on both occasions as we had downstairs and upstairs done at different times. Workmen were a pleasure to have in our home. We are very happy with the end result. Carpet fitter Scott was a particular pleasure, friendly, great sense of humour, considerate of our family pet as our cat is quite timid but she warmed to him in the end . Has a great sense of customer service.

Had excellent service in the shop, but the fitting was done,but they don’t care about your property in fitting carpet, my stairs was damaged, because supposedly I should of known thickness of board on risers, nails were popping out, of newly decorated stair caseThen they had a cheek cancelled in fitting top stair, and charged me cancellation fee of £134 to come back to do refit, as the stair riser were not thick enough to fit carpet, why don’t people take care in people house who have spent thousands of pound to refurb for you to do more damage, next time I get the carpet first them decorate the house, But my parents had carpet before this was never a issue, surely you adapt in away you fit carpet in order not to create more . If something doesn’t work don’t continue , Seven risers were damaged . Anyway I was told the carpet wouldn’t be under guarantee, if I continue that day. What choice do you have .

Just had our downstairs carpet fitted by Shane & Eddie and they have done a fantastic job. They were very polite, friendly and even took their shoes off as it had been raining. They also tidied up after themselves and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before they left. 1st class service!! Thank you Shane & Eddie, very much appreciate your service. The service was excellent. Great advice in store. The fitters were very professional and helpful. Very happy with the final product.

The Barnet team are all very friendly and really know their stuff! They took the time to discuss our needs, help us find the right products and came back for another site visit to make sure everything went smoothly on installation day. They are always available to answer questions (we had a lot!) and they never rushed us.

The end result is great and would highly recommend the Barnet team for all your flooring needs at competitive prices.

1to1 Flooring: Second to None!

1to1 Flooring in St Albans delivered first class service from beginning to end as we replaced all of the floor coverings throughout our house following a most unwelcome surprise at Christmas (a burst pipe).

In our experience we found all the people, the products (Westex carpet and Amtico tiling), the price … and the process were all of the highest standard. This was a big and complex job carried out in a remarkably smooth operation by people, who without exception, went the extra mile.

I should like to compliment all the key people that worked together to transform our house. Starting with Wayne, in the St Albans showroom, who using his knowledge, advanced technology (with a large AI visualizer) and samples, helped us to decide what to choose. Then there was the estimator, Mark, who was very experienced and it showed in the wealth of information and advice he gave. The arrangement for the fitting dates were adeptly adjusted by Tracy and Millie to suit us. And finally, to the fitting itself. Matt and Rhys (laying the Amtico) and Carl (fitting the Westex carpet) each did a wonderful piece of work and deserve special credit. And finally, finally, Dave who came to efficiently ease the doors and plynths.

I was so so impressed by Jenny Copson at 1to1 in Berkhamsted. I had popped in to review samples and she couldnt have been lmore informative and just giving us space to decide if they had an option that suited us or not.

When it came to ordering Jenny went out of her way to expedite our order as we had an expectedly ahort timeframe to work with.

The whole experience was what I regularly hope i’ll get, but it rarely achieved with most companies.

Jenny is a superstar and I will definitely be ysing 1to1 again in the future.
