As all the other reviews here, I simply have to say: don't deposit or play with this Casino. It is a scam. They will not let you withdraw, no matter how much documentation you provide. Why are they still operating? Why has the site not been closed down by the powers that be? Why are they still allowed to steal our money? Why didn't I check Trustpilot before joining?

No RTP at all - avoid this casino. They have algorithms that wont let you win more than once and not more than you deposited. They will issue you with free spins with bet size of 0.03, seriously. I won $120 after making a $50 deposit…
I won $120 after making a $50 deposit and I submitted everything they asked for and I was told due to a technical error in their system that they needed an additional 72 hours and once that time passed I was still not paid and they never got back to me and every time I contacted customer care I was told to try and withdraw my funds again and when I did it never got processed and the money kept going back into my 21.com account.
If this isn't a scam then frankly, I do not know what is.

Nothing but bad experiences. The withdrawal process took a long time, and the bank didn't accept the money from the casino, so the money was suddenly back on my casino account without any information about it. The fee you have to pay when you make a withdrawal was not back though. I contacted them twice but nothing happened, so I had to make a new withdrawal and pay the fee again. I also didn't know that I had to wager my own money once before making a withdrawal, and the wagering amount on bonuses is too much. I have been in contact with them many times on the chat, feeling like they don't really understand what I am trying to say. I regret making any deposit on this casino, and I have been struggeling for a long time now to get that money back.

No withdrawl as long as you are winning.
Askgambler announced this casino to be the best casino of 2019. On their site they promoted this casino for withdrawl within 1 hour.
I trusted them. Deposited about 4000 Euro over a few days. Lost a few, won a few. Finally tried to withdraw part of it. It just didnt work. They verified the account, but didnt approve a single withdrawl attempt. Got frustrated, played again. Then tried again to withdraw. Waited couple of days, until i lost everything.
I wish I could leave a review on the askgambler site. But they didnt allow my rating.
Avoid this site at any cost.
