I canceled service. WHERE IS MY REFUND?
I canceled service.
They tell me they refunded me.
I've contacted them 3 times asking how much I was refunded as my checking account doesn't specify 247tv in any refunds received.
I keep getting crickets from them..
They seem to have a problem understanding english as well.

I signed up on Sunday morning…
I signed up on Sunday morning recognizing I didn’t know much about this but they also said on the sign up page 100% guarantee and your money back so I paid my $49 special got it put on my phone couldn’t watch a ball game cause it kept going in and out often on Signal on everything else in my house is fine but I could not get that to work so I decided to ask for a refund well guess what they don’t even want to recognize that I’ve asked for a refund. They don’t recognize my email to them they just sent me an automatic Error email back saying you can watch 2024 seven… Very poor company don’t trust them don’t buy it it don’t work

It always seems to take a lot of effort…
It always seems to take a lot of effort to get this to work. Tonight I was online for 90 mins trying to watch football. Mike was the 3rd agent I worked with and he finally got it right. It seems that they need to keep changing apps or trying to get you to use their box. I don’t want a box. Once it works the picture is HD but some glitches like most streaming.

They misspelled the my user name and…
They misspelled the my user name and password during entering them into their system. Hours of extreme frustration over two days, no one from 247tvstream could not correct it. Missed my NFL football game and requests for my $$$ back were responded with pre worded emails and CHAT messages that were useless. Support Chat agents provide incorrect instructions and directed me to do something that was not applicable to the problem. They changed the spelling of my username and password multiple times alternating between the two. Do not waste your money or energy beating your head against the wall. Two days of frustration and anger is what I got for the money I spent.

No closed caption or subtitle-refused to refund.
Tried to cancel but refused because of not good reason. Well they don’t provide the subtitle or closed caption as we are deaf and need closed caption. They said sorry missing the festure but still refused to do refund. Disappointed. The ad said if not satisfied, they would do refund but they lied.

I tried to cancel during the first 7…
I tried to cancel during the first 7 days as their policy is to give you a refund if the service delivered was not as advertised, I tried to stream the Dallas Cowboy game on Sunday, and the screen was freezing during the whole game! I even chatted with Simon who said I would get a refund and to email Billing which I have repeated many times but still no refund!!

Chat was not helpful. I have been subscribing to this service for almost 6 years. Every year on renewal to gwt into the service, it is a complete sh*tshow. Confusing, difficult to figure out, changes every year. This chat person became indignant with me when I was trying to say his instructions were not options I was experiencing.

So far so good only been a member for a…
So far so good only been a member for a week but it let me catch my favorite NFL team last week. I’m looking forward to watching them again tomorrow. I’m hoping I’ll be able to watch the UFC ppv tonight. I’ll reply back after that but everything has worked great up to this point. If that works I’ll be back upping from 3 star to 5. Really no problem or complaints to this point.

MAKING IT WORK!
First, Mike helped me move from a 3 month subscription to a full year....kudos! I had a previous version on my Apple TV, but decided to start over and downloaded a new copy. It turns out after Mike's request to see a screenshot of my TV, I had not entered the correct Playlist name. He saw me through it to the end and all is good now with a 1 year subscription! Thanks to Mike!

UPDATE: Changed my review to 4 stars based on customer service..Have spent all day with multiple agents…
Have spent all day with multiple agents trying to get 247 to work on my Samsung tv to no avail. Contact with billing trying to get a refund just ends in a continuous cycle of billing telling me to contact agents and agents telling me to contact billing. If I get my money refunded I'll update to a 5 star for customer service.
