I had an issue after my link was…
I had an issue after my link was accidentally deleted. The team at 247 work with me and my deficiency with some technology to get it correct. They were promot to assist and stuck it out with me until the issue was corrected. All in all a class act and very helpful. It took the threat of a legal complaint to get them to cancel my subscription
Difficulty subscribing and then logging onto the service. Started a Chat with someone named Mike. After several back and forth messages I finally said let's just cancel this subscription. That's when the problem started. He began sending me reasons to keep the service, finally he told me to contact billing. I contacted billing and after four hours of back and forth emails with me telling them to clearly cancel my subscription and them telling me how good their system is, I finally decided to file an FTC complaint online. I needed their legal mailing address and contact and once I asked for that they finally sent me a message that my subscription was canceled. Even though their website clearly states "Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. If you're not happy with our service, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee" it took four hours, dozens of messages and finally the threat of a legal complaint to get them to comply with their stated policy.

I was having an issue with connectivity and buffering and Simon was able assist me with uninstalling the app I had installed and reinstall a different app and it resolve my issue. It didn't take that long for Simon to resolve my issue.

I tried everything they asked me to and they would not refund my money within the 7 day period they must be hard up for funds or they are taking a lot of people's money I would avoid dealing with them I give them less if they had a spot for o stars that's what I would give them very bad customer service.
