Dreadful product, dreadful customer service
Dreadful product, dreadful customer service. Ordered a pair of ignitor compression tights for running marketed as super comfy super efficient. Went for first run of 7 mile and there is a stitched seam running bang on along the inner thighs. Hence I had that bad chafing on my upper inner thigh I was bleeding when I returned from my run. Absolutely terrible badly designed faulty product. Contacted for advice and to return product and no reply. Not surprised looking at the reviews on here!
Terrible customer service
I recently complained to 2XU due to the seams starting to come apart on a pair of 2XU leggings.
These have been very lightly worn, for one winter season and no wear and tear and I've owned them for less than a year.
I have sent several emails with no reply, their live chat doesn't work and they don't have a phone number. Terrible customer service.
I would recommend buying from elsewhere.

Sadly they don't actually deliver what you order. I've pend the last 10 days trying to get remedy to no effect. Therefore I can only recommend not purchasing. If I get any remedy I'll update this review
I never received my orders
I never received my orders. This company wont disclose their ABN nor ACN. They do not have registered phone nor address consumers can use to lodge a formal complain with Australian Authorities . If you have been scammed by ordering items from their website that never arrived report them.
Very poor quality item
Very poor quality item. Faulty material that was falling apart . Ordered flight compression leggings £63.99 . After one use holes appeared and despite photographic evidence 2XU provided no resolution to either replace or refund . Buyer beware.
POOR STITCHING - 2 x tights faulty - 1 LASTED 46 DAYS FROM PURCHASE and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have now tried two pairs of 2XU tights - both valued at $140 - and neither worth even half of the price!! The first pair had major stitching failure within 6 months. I rang Doncaster 2XU (where I purchased the tights) - but they didn't have the same tights available. It was suggested to me that I drive nearly an hour to a store that had stock - when I asked the employee why I should have to drive 2 hours to fix their product failure, her response was that if I waited until more arrives, the manufacturing warranty could have expired!! I decided to return the tights for a different style - which again had stitching fail, but this time within 46 DAYS!! I am appalled. When I emailed 2XU I got an email telling me to submit a form with details and images and evidence and send the tights back to them - like I'm not busy!! - and all this at my expense (plus its "recommended" that I purchase insurance on my parcel as they take no responsibility for lost postage). Additionally, the customer service person was flippant and unapologetic. I was "handled" and she couldn't have cared less. I will be returning the 2nd pair once the shops reopen and getting a refund. They are the WORST tights I have ever bought and I will stick with the other brands I trust. 2XU lacks quality for the price tag and should be avoided!
Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service. Very unclear returns and exchange system. Returns form didnt work properly. Unable to get through to person on the phone, very rarely gets back to emails straight away !!!! I was even asking for my money back I was asking to exchange for larger size. For the price of there products I expect much better customer service.
Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Did not answer a question I had and instead replied with a copy/paste text of the product.

Used once
Used once, had no issues so didn't have to deal with customer service. Fairly sure friends have order clothes there too without issues so I wasn't put off by bad reviews here.
Disgusting customer service
I purchased a £600 2xu wetsuit through tredz.co.uk. After 3 swims a hole developed in the suit. I was not able to use the wetsuit while the issue was being dealt with by Tredz. It took 4 weeks for the supplier 2xu to reply to be basically told it wasn't covered under warranty despite following the care guidance. Not even a penny contributed to the repair, it seems £600 is just a drop in the ocean for companies like this. It should be assumed that if something costs a lot of money than I am going to take good care of it! Absolutely disgusting customer service. P.S the review should be 0 stars really

I spent over $100 for a pair of 2xu full length women’s compression tights.
Within 2 months of purchase, the seam around the knee has began to unravel. They had been worn less than a dozen times.
I contacted 2xu on their supposed 12 month warranty. It was not honoured.
Don’t buy this product. It’s expensive and they clearly spent all their money on advertising and none on the customer service.

I ordered 2 pairs of compression tights, I have received 1 pair. I have sent multiple emails and rang and left messages to be called back. I have not heard anything from this company. They are happy to take my money and not send product.

I had to return a product and it has taken over 6 weeks and I still do have a refund. I have called twice 3 weeks apart and both times I am told they have moved warehouses so please be patient. On their website it says returns are processed within a week. 2XU has great products but it you have an issue they have a very unprofessional customer service.
deceptive practices
deceptive practices , poor customer care I ordered a pair of shorts that were on sale. Fit issue so sent request for a refund, My refund was denied because shorts were said to be ineligible for return and were a final sale item. There is nothing notating this fact anywhere in the item description, or when the item is viewed in the cart. Also no disclosure of this being a final sale upon check out. I read the return policy posted on the website before purchasing. Absolutely No notation of final sale items that can not be returned. My order confirmation did not indicate final sale and included a return /exchange process link. Upon questioning the return refund denial I was sent a copy of a general sale advertisement email with a statement at the very bottom of the email about final sale items. Upon a internet search the shorts can be found on their website with no indication of being final sale.

Purchased an item late December.. It never arrived, called them every day during Jan (5-10 times daily on numerous options via phone prompt) and never got through on calls or emails to online@
i will never purchase from them again, presume they are going bust based on the silence and no success ever actually speaking to anyone in the company.. Although they continue to spam me with marketing material. (glad someone is actually working in that department)
Take money but no product.
I love my 2xu stride pants and wanted a new pair. I phoned the local store and they were going to hold the product but would not do Credit card over the phone. I was told to purchase a gift card via the website, then give them the number & they would mail the pants. The store girls were lovely. I purchased & paid $139 for gift card. I received confirmation email from Paypal & 2xu that card was coming via email but it never came. It should have only taken 1hour. I emailed them twice with no reply so I contacted Paypal Resolutions. Paypal contacted 2xu and 2xu did not reply and Paypal ruled to give me a refund. I now plan to buy some pants elsewhere as I will not trust 2xu again. Thank goodness I went through Paypal they are fantastic at helping customers when sellers do the wrong thing.
good service once contacted
The2XU outlet shop was overwhelmed at Christmas sales and orders went through for stock that was unavailable. I called the Noosa store and spoke with a Michael who took my details and reassured me that the site was legitimate and our orders would be looked into and a refund provided if goods not available.
10 minutes later the Melbourne office called and apologized for the mix-up. She looked up my 2 orders and advised that the stock was not available and said she would process our refunds today and also sent me a 30% discount voucher for the inconvenience.

My daughter has ordered a pair of 2XU compression tights in November 2019. 2XU have been happy to take her money but have not sent her the compression tights. An non-existent customer service makes it impossible to get any information about what is happening with her compression tights. Avoid 2XU at all costs unless you enjoy people taking your money !

I ordered twice from them before, no issues prior. I just ordered on Black Friday and they’ve ghosted me. I’ve sent multiple emails, left voicemails, DM-ed on IG, etc. No response. Truly disappointing. I love their products.
