Urgent Update Required
We conditionally exchanged, 15th October where there has been radio silence until 27th. Around 15 enquiries have been raised leaving 1 working week before the completion date of 31st October (tomorrow). We have still not been updated if these enquiries are resolved.
We are absolutely desperate to have these resolved in order for us to exchange today and move tomorrow.
360 are working alongside Ackroyd Legal to resolve these.
Please can this case be escalated as urgent.

Great Conveyancing Service
Shelley at 360 handled our conveyancing for a number of probate properties. It wasn’t an easy project with multiple properties and auction properties, lots or hurdles along the way but Shelley maintained a top level of service, always honest, giving good advice and guidance along the way.
