I worked with Shelley Rounding on the sale of my late mothers retirement apartment, which was took a long time to sell due to the current market. Shelley was always patient and very responsive. Communication was spot on throughout the whole process from doing searches , dealing with our buyers solicitors, through exchange and completion. I would definitely recommend Shelley to anyone, buying or selling a property.

Amanda has been nothing short of exemplary in her management of what has transpired to be quite a complex house sale where she has had the additional & unforseen task of not only chasing up the deed of trust but expediting it's provision in May rather than the quoted July; powers of persuasion indeed!! She has also been readily available outside of what I would define as reasonable working hours & if I could award her ten stars, I would be remiss not to do so.

We've had an ongoing probate case with this firm for 3 years and communication has been absolutely appalling, having to chase things up and never any response back, only replying when it suits them (usually on a Friday afternoon/evening).
