I had a great experience with 360 landing! Jessie and Navin were very helpful and knowledgeable. I am beyond satisfied with this company!

As far as I am concerned Dimitri is so stellar I am floored. He is excellent! The only reason was timing - I needed to close financing in 5 days and 360 needed 7-10 - it was a condition of sale as I was buying a home that had sold twice and was able to get it for a good price only if I could close financing in 5 days. I am sad I am not with 360 to completion.

I thought maybe I wouldn't have a chance to pull equity out my home but they helped me out and did it very quick aswell. If your looking for a place that you can trust and one that will do everything they possibly can to get you approved and on your way with whatever you need the money will be using them again in the future 😊😊

Melissa is not only honest but she is also genuinely interested in someone having a good mortage shopping experience. Unfortunately alot of Mortage agents have a bad habit of thinking of themselves first. Melissa on the other hand is a different breed! She answered all my questions and kept up with my progress. We felt from the start that they genuinely wanted to help us, their communication was excellent, always kept us up to date on what was happening....always talking to the same people was such a pleasure, not being sent from person to person to person....if you said something once you did not have to repeat again to another person.....it was an all round great experience, probably the best ever. This experience took place over the phone and virtually with much success and took place Dec. 2023 to mid January 2024

I live in muskoka and even in a blizzard sent a lawyer for our signing since could not get there and the local lawyers were to expensive to do with. The good above and beyond for there customers.

I usually don't give reviews, but I felt I should because of the experience I had with Dimitri and Adam. My wife and I appreciated the open communication and how quickly they are to respond throughout the whole process with our questions and concerns we have had. For one example, in our conditions our well water needed to be tested, it failed. I called Adam and let him know the situation. At this point I was frustrated and worried about not meeting the conditions. With in the hour Adam went out of his way and got a hold of local plumbing business in our area. He gives me their number and they're expecting my call. From there I got my well chlorinate and one step further (my call) I agree to install a UV system.
Never, have I had someone go out of their way to help us out the way he did. They have all my respect. I definitely recommend them; you won't be disappointed.
