Outstanding Customer support all the way from start to finish by Melissa Noseworthy and Jessie Govind. They truly care and made sure everything goes thro smoothly. Very knowledgeable and advised me of every step involved in the process so there was no confusion or uncertainty. Melisa followed up even after the closing to check to see if all are ok :) This kind of customer service I have not experienced ever before. I will definitely recommend them for anyone who could use their service.

Dimitri and Patricia from 360 Lending, assisted us in securing a HELOC recently. They were very professional, patient and knowledgeable. We were kept up to date frequently with where we were in the process and what the next steps are to be, etc. I found the entire process very efficient.

I did a transaction with another broker previous to finding 360, my past experience was horrible dealing with the other brokerage, as I got into a contract with terrible terms not understanding all the details.
Upon renewal I decided to source help elsewhere and found 360 on line with all positive reviews so I gave them a call.
After my Initial conversation with Dimitri I felt confident and positive I was in good hands and wanted to continue my transaction with them.
Dimitri was available whenever I had questions and responsed immediately. I was able to ask anything. I had a few frazzled moments when I was handed over to Ringo my next point of contact, only because he took awhile to respond at times.
I do take into account that my matter was time sensitive as my previous contract was comming up for renewal and fees were astronomical so I was wanting to close sooner than later, I wanted more updates on progress of my file and had a few more questions along the way.
I did however reach out to Dimitri in those moments who either responded or let me know He's informed his Colleague Ringo of my questions.
So someone was always available.
Ringo was knowledgeable and he had a point of contact at the previous Lender and was able to Buy some time to avoid the heafty renewal fees.
Overall I would recommend 360 to my friends & family
