Very professional and responsive service to meet our tight timeframe

We recently used 3 Counties Surveying for a L2 homebuyers report. They were professional, personable and quick to respond to any queries. Liz our surveyor called us the same day as she visited the property to go over everything, and we had the report back within two days. Liz’s survey and report were very thorough. She identified a roofing issue which would have costs us thousands if we hadn’t been made aware of this. We were extremely grateful that we had chosen to use 3 Counties with Liz conducting the survey.
