Great communication

Jessica the Recruiter for Healthcare sector is an amazing person. Communication is very good and payment is done weekly which is quite nice as it can cover weekly shopping or fuel. Lovely company to work for.

Consistent, Reliable and assured.
Jessica Scotney has been the Recruitment Consultant that was needed, to ensure consistent and compliant support workers are available to meet my service need. Each support worker was vetted and appropriately onboarded, based on Jess's knowledge and ability to place the right candidates to the job.
3D Recruitment will continue to be the appropriate candidates whenever staff are needed.

I was regularly offered work
I was regularly offered work. Katie was great to work with and would often work out of hours to ensure that jobs were assigned the night before, making it easier to plan getting to work and feeling mentally prepared. Thank you!

I think I got the best consultant
I think I got the best consultant. Natalie is prompt with all queries I ever ask. Very professional yet thoughtful. I did not have any issues signing up with 3D and they make working with them seamless. Social work has its own stress and you don't need an agency that adds to that!.
