First time using 4th element. Bought a Vx1 apex mask, great price in the sale. Ordered it Sunday received Thursday. No problems. Would buy from again.

What a total nightmare from start to finish! For God's sake dont ever cancel a parcel from these guys! Just wow. Unbelievably rude Director. Rude emails from the start. Needed an spare octo for a an important dive on the Thursday. Package was still at the hub. They use Evri courier, rather than say a next day delivery service like DPD or Fedex/ DHL, you get my drift. Parcel was still at the hub on the Thursday. Bearing in mind I ordered on the Sunday and was dispatched on the Monday. I asked for my item to be cancelled. Before it was even delivered. Samantha one of the directors, answered my polite email when I asked for a cancellation. I would say, small business or not, thats not how you should speak to your customers. Little did they know ive used them many times before under a different name and delivery address. With no problems. Thats it for me. Now.

Thanks for messing us about. Small businesses just don't need this. I had to pay to send it and now pay to have it returned. Thanks for wasting my time and my money.

I did see your earlier email. I apologise if you are not my top priority this morning. Yes it's been returned, and Evri charged me £15 for the service, plus the £5 I spent to send it. Might as well have set light to a £20 note and then tbh I could have saved myself the time it took to pack and ship it and the half an hour I spent on chat with Evri trying to redirect it - all because you changed your mind. Such a shame as they clearly need to update their returns policy rather than a generic one, and use proper invoices. Showing clearly any shipping charges. And a true refund policy. I Wouldn't had minded paying for return shipping if she had treated me with a bit of respect from the beginning. Things gone down hill since 2015 when most of the other reviews were left

Apeks finger reel exactly as stated. The pack had £41 on the price sticker, and as I only paid you guys £38 I'm a happy bunny.

I have purchased twice from 4th Element over the past 2 months. The first a telephone call for an urgently needed gas analyser. It arrived the next day. Great service.
Second purchase was online, a wing. It arrived two days later. Unfortunately missing the hose, but a quick call and it was dispatched the same day.
