Contract renewal with Emmy
I spoke to Emmy today about renewing our broadband contract. I have been very pkeased with 4th Utility. In fact I would go as far as saying that they are the best broadband provider in the UK. Emmy was very helpful and understanding. He was able to hold the price for me and I was delighted to be able to renew with 4th Utility.

Hi I called up and originally got an awful man who laughed at me and refused to get a manager and hung up,but afterwards I got this lovely lady khanya and she explained everything to me thoroughly and in a way I understood, she helped me understand and helped me fix the issue I was having as well as apologising profusely about the previous staff members behaviour towards me which was very kind of her,she was so polite and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and heard and did all the necessary things to resolve every issue I had, I'd highly recommend khanya as she is the kind of staff that really makes a difference to the company! ,thank you khanya and I hope you go far in your career.

For Broadband I'd recommend 4th Utility -person who I dealt with from 4th…
The person who I dealt with from 4th Utility - called Benjamin - was very helpful and took me through the reason for the call - We're coming to the end of our 24 month Contract and the costs would increase - but if we changed to a new one they'd be able to offer a reduction in the Contract cost and the discount would cover the full length of the 24 month Contract.
He explained everything about the Costs etc and answered all questions about the Costs while the Contract is running fully and was very thorough and pleasant during all the time of our conversation.
