Very clean property. Warm and comfortable. Everything we needed was in the property. Lovely garden and private. Close to Cheshire oaks( within walking distance) great communication with rental company who really care about your stay. A HOME FROM HOME !

Very nice apartment, clear instructions and fast follow-up! Will definitely try to book this for our next visit (..maybe five stars don't improve my chances, but they deserve it).

Great location, ten minutes walk into centre with a brilliant chinese takeaway on the way. Lovely place to stay plenty of facilities for six adults and a dog, lovely and clean. Superb value for money , will use again.

A comfortable and stylish house that felt like home - a great kitchen and dining space and comfy beds. The family team that manage could not be more professional and accommodating, and if looking in the area, look no further!

I wanted to share my experience with 53 degrees property which was truly fantastic, the property was of excellent quality with first class service throughout my stay, highly recommend and will certainly be staying with them again soon.

Had to travel last minute for work and was so pleasantly surprised by the experience I had with 53 degrees property. Such an amazing change from my usual hotel experiences with the homely, yet professional interior and welcome wine being really refreshing after a long day. 10/10 stay and will be recommending strongly to my company (and others) for any future trips to the area.

I stayed in one of the properties recently, was in my opinion so much better than staying in a hotel. Was clean and in a great area for me to get to meetings. Would recommend highly!

I stayed here not long ago and had an amazing time. Everything was great, the property and the team. Couldn’t fault it one bit and looking forward to being able to organise another visit after lockdown. 100% recommend to anyone!

We had an amazing stay at Bradford Street, the property was incredibly clean and well equipped. Definitely going to stay again!

I stayed with my family at the Bradford Street property in Chester and we were very impressed from the minute we booked our mini staycation. Dan and Sally contacted us a couple of times prior to our visit to check our requirements.
The house was spotless on our arrival and was well presented. It was very well equipped had I taken quite a few things with me like washing up liquid, tea towels and hand wash but I needn’t have it was all provided. I received a couple of texts while we were there to ask if we had found everything to our satisfaction and if we needed help with anything at the house or wanted any advice about the local area.
The only negative about this property, although I knew this when I booked, is that there is only one bathroom. There is however a further separate toilet. It wasn’t ideal with seven people staying but we managed well enough.
I accidentally left a bath robe when we left and they were happy to post it straight back to me and didn’t even charge me for postage!
All in all I was very impressed. It wasn’t out and out luxury by any means but it was a nice house and for what we paid I think it was excellent value for money.
I would highly recommend.

I really couldn't be happier with my experience with this company. The service and communication really helps things to run smoothly and takes any away any pressure. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. A worthy 5 star rating!
