Karen was my driving instructor in Chelmsford. She was always punctual, very friendly, kind, calm and very professional. At first I was so scared and nervous to go on an intense course. But from the moment we had started our first lesson, I started feeling very calm, which helped me to concentrate and learn so many new things. During those 5 days I gained much more confidence than I had before and I am not so scared of driving. I was looking forward to every lesson with Karen and I feel very lucky that it was her. Thank you very much Karen and 5day. You have changed my perception of driving.

I had tonie as my instructor in bury st Edmund’s. He was a great instructor. Made ecerything simple and clear.taught me everything very clearly within 5 days.

Leon in Norwich made the whole week enjoyable and stress free. I was incredibly nervous going into the course having left learning to drive until approaching 40! Leon challenged me throughout the week making sure that I made good progress each day whilst always feeling safe and in control. I enjoyed the week and thoroughly recommend Leon and the 5day course. I had Rob as an instructor in Bristol, and he was fantastic! He was so patient with me and we had a laugh at some of my silly mistakes. I feel so much more confident now and ready to have a couple extra lessons before my test. Thanks again Rob!

Did a 5day course in november
Course went well, decent instructor
The problems began whe i tried to book my refresher course.
I was told the instructor would contact me, they never did.
After calling several times to no response i finally got through explained the problem.
I was then sent a text telling me that the instructor had tried to contact me several times and i had not returned their calls. I was told by the rudest phone operator that what were they suposed to do if i hadnt returned the calls.
There were no missed calls, no missed messages and no voicemails.
As they never called
Untrustworthy, rude and dishonest would be my review of the 5day service and would never recomend them to anyone.

John from Chelmsford 5 day is a great teacher, great with communicating and very easier to learn off with his teaching skills. Highly recommend doing this course especially with Instructors like John. Thank you!

James from Peterborough is an excellent teacher and has a great style of teaching that I really enjoyed I would highly recommend if you’re nervous about doing your driving lessons to go with James as I found he was very patient and understanding. I’m looking forward to my practical test

I booked onto a week-long course at the Leeds branch and learned with Mo. Honestly, I was really nervous beforehand and wasn't sure I'd be able to get my head around driving, but Mo put me totally at ease and helped me make a tonne of progress. He's clear, patient, and a really chill guy to have in the passenger seat!
I always knew I'd need longer than 5 days to learn (it took me half a day to get over my nerves about second gear!) so I'm not surprised that I still need a bit of practice before being test ready, but Mo got me way closer to it than I thought I'd manage at this stage - in just 5 days, I've gone from being totally car-phobic to having all the tools I need to pass (I just need to practice using them!).
I wouldn't have been able to get this far without doing this course, so thanks Mo!

I would like to say a massive thank you to 5 Day and especially Paul.
Zara passed her driving test today.
Paul has been so good with Zara all week not only teaching her how to drive, but reassuring her and making her relaxed enough to pass.
Paul was not only great with Zara, he was very supportive with us, her parents too.
A massive thank you, Paul is an absolute legend, based in Bristol.

Just completed my 5day course at Sutton Coldfield and couldn't be happier. I had Mo as my driving instructor who was absolutely amazing, I couldn't fault him at all.
I came into this week as a beginner driving who was also very nervous and never thought that I would be able to drive.
Mo was great at calming my nerves but also at teaching me the rules of the road and correcting me when I made an error.
I have now come out of this week as a more confident driver and aim to book my test in a few months time as I need a little more practice to refine my skills.
And I have passed my theory this morning!!!!
I am confident that I will pass within the next few months and this would never have happened if it wasn't for Mo.

Every penny was well spent and I am so proud of myself but also so grateful to Mo.

Good communication! Provided all necessary details way ahead of time putting any worries and doubts to rest! I had Alice as my instructor and she was "Amazing"! Created a safe and relaxing environment for someone to learn to drive in. I highly recommend 5 Day to those who struggle to find the time to learn 1 lesson a week.

I took my course at the Peterborough branch ages ago and have been doing lessons with James, a banging driving instructor.

I wish I could give zero stars! Driving instructor was awful! When I made a complaint I was told it was *too late* then that the instructor *couldn't remember* his inappropriate actions. I can't go into detail because 5day love to flag an honest review. Simply don't waste your money find a decent instructor and learn properly! I wasted £1480. The company takes your money quickly but once they have it they don't care about your experience. They'll reply saying I complained too late etc. That I gave positive feedback (which I did as I was told the by the instructor that he gets the reviews daily) my complaint is now with the dvsa against the instructor. I highly recommend avoiding this company. And 5day Chelmsford!

Shabana was my instructor and I could not have done it without her! She’s an amazing instructor, really supportive and patient and she’s an incredible teacher. I find her way of teaching very reliable and engaging. She makes you feel so comfertable and at ease behind the wheel. I’ve passed now and I owe it all to Shabana! What a wonderful woman!

My experience was brilliant, my instructor James from Peterborough was very professional and made the experience of learning how to drive comfortable and easy for me. Would definitely recommend anyone who is very keen to start driving to use this course. The theory training was also very helpful.
